We live about an hour's drive from the dealership. Not only did she assure us that the vehicle was still in stock but the price to be paid for the vehicle was painlessly negotiated over the phone in less than five minutes. Upon our arrival at the dealership we found our vehicle parked by the front entrance with a greeting sign hanging over the rear view mirror with our names on it. It was a thoughtful, personal touch. She even took pictures of the two of us standing in front of the vehicle. Even though we arrived just 45 minutes before closing, Sandra gave us all the time we needed to answer our questions, with no adverse surprises. More

She even offered to ride home with us and drive my trade back to longview so I wouldn't have to make another trip. I had to decline because I wanted to drive the car one more time and she understood.
