My wife and I visited Dick Hannah Toyota late on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about availability of 2013 RAV4 in Spruce Mica. We had seen one in the showroom the previous week while having our 2010 Prius in afternoon to inquire about availability of 2013 RAV4 in Spruce Mica. We had seen one in the showroom the previous week while having our 2010 Prius in for its 70K service. That one had some options we weren't interested in. Since I had communicated with Dan previously through the website I asked for him. Dan was extremely helpful, found exactly what we wanted at the dealership in Chehalis, and we put together the sale that evening. Actually, if we had prepared the trade-in we could have picked up the RAV4 that evening but we needed more time to unload things from the 1995 Camry we were trading in so we picked up the RAV4 on Monday and have been enjoying it since. Dan was a great "ambassador" for the dealership and provided the top notch level of service we have come to expect from Dick Hannah Toyota and its predecessor since we moved to this area in 1989.
