Went in to look at some trucks, & drove out with a gem! He himself was very friendly, real & personable & we were pleased how quick & easy the process was, especially since our own bank denied us a loan, but this place got us a very reasonable one that was not off the wall in interest at all! I appreciated the fact that just was attentive, very patient & did everything to answer all our questions. I watched a lot of other sales people & I was so happy Justin was assigned to us. More

Believe in nice and treated like family My husband got online and found our new truck he made an appointment. We arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The truck was actually at the Subaru service department when we arrived at the truck center. Rob Akers came out and greeted us and was very accommodating while we waited for the truck to arrive. Rob made us very comfortable in asking what are we going to use the truck for. The truck arrived we took it for a test drive which was good and we came back to the dealership to do the paper work. We enjoyed the comfortable seating in the waiting area and the no pressure attitude of all the sales department staff asking if we needed anything. This dealership believes in their motto. I personally have purchased 3 vehicles from different dealerships and those I would never buy from again. The high pressure staff at those other dealerships made me want to just walk out and buy from private individuals. Five days later we returned to pickup our new truck with 4 new tires and about $3,500 worth of work done. Then this last monday we returned the truck to the Dick Hannah Subaru to have the undercoating done. Everyone including Michael was very professional and full of information. We returned to Dick Hannah Subaru to retrieve our truck. the undercoating company had to close their shop before Michael could pickup up our truck so the Service manager Tom Gilstrap loaned me a 2016 Subaru Outback which was above and beyond what he had to do. When Michael delivered me our truck on wednesday morning he was very sorry for the inconvience this may have caused. When we need a new vehicle we will come back and buy from Rob Akers at the Dick Hannah truck center in Vancouver, wa. More

memorable life event! my wife, daughter and I went to the truck center to purchase a truck to grow with our family . it was one of the hottest days of the year and the cust my wife, daughter and I went to the truck center to purchase a truck to grow with our family . it was one of the hottest days of the year and the customer service at the truck center was great. sammy was wonderful and and helped us with everything needed and handed us over to Mr. Rob Akers. Rob was one of the nicest salesman i have ever delt with at a dealership. he was patient and helpful. he treated us like friends that he has known for years. there was no pressure to buy that day and let us decide as a family and what was best for us. i would recommend my friends an family to see mr. Akers when buying a new car. Rob defiantly gave the car salesman a better name than the normal stereotype. More
