I knew I only wanted a Jeep Wrangler and had looked at a few at other places, but when the sales people there were sub-par, the experiences left me feeling hopeless and beyond frustrated, the rigs were overpriced and not quality - so I decided to give Rob a call and see what he had in inventory and what he could do for me. Amazing experience! I went in expecting nothing really to come out of it. Pretty quick comparatively I stopped in to purchase a 'newer-used' RAM 4x4 & found THE one... took about 3.5 hours total (from arrival back home). Taylor Cort was extremely wel I stopped in to purchase a 'newer-used' RAM 4x4 & found THE one... took about 3.5 hours total (from arrival back home). Taylor Cort was extremely well educated on, specifically, but not limited to, Dodge trucks - and not just the newer ones. What I found most impressive? He was able to compare each individual model (Tradesman up to the Laramie) down to the smallest detail, if you asked - which I did - and yes, I'm implying that he did NOT have that "over-sale" attitude, gawd I appreciated that. He was personable and relaxed; this is a huge bonus since I tend to prefer to look around on my own. I never felt "hounded." They even helped me get my truck back to my house! I'm glad I stopped in, I love my 2016 RAM 5.7l BigHorn! More
