We knew we wanted a truck, so that is why we went to Vancouver Truck Center. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and showed us only the trucks he knew were in our price range, there was no trying to sell us on trucks with features we didn't need just to make an extra buck. We have dealt with quite a few used cars salespeople before, and have had a few really bad experiences; Taylor blew us out of the water! He worked with us and his managers to come up with a deal that was best for everyone. He worked really hard to make things happy and we are extremely happy with the result. We came to look for a car for our daughter and already had picked one from the website. There was no pressure to move us off the vehicle we picked, in fact no pressure of any kind, which was a first for us. We dealt with Marc Shiemke and he was outstanding. In fact, we had some issues with our grandson and Marc and the dealership did an excellent job of getting us finished as quickly as possible.
