ITruck buying experience at Dick Hannah Dodge I recently purchased a new 2018 Dodge Ram pickup at Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, Washington. I had been shopping for a specific model in Portland, I recently purchased a new 2018 Dodge Ram pickup at Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, Washington. I had been shopping for a specific model in Portland, but was unable to locate the vehicle I was looking for. Portland dealers did not seem inclined to locate the specific truck for me and told me that there was no such model on any lot in the Portland area. I went on-line and found exactly what I was looking for at Dick Hannah. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Roxanne Parisien, who confirmed that she had the truck on the showroom floor. Roxanne ( Roxy ) was very helpful over the phone. She answered a number of questions and offered to hold the truck until I was able to test-drive the vehicle. My experience at the dealership was pleasant. No high pressure sales techniques. Roxy was very professional and personable. Roxy was also able to expedite a cash sale. I would recommend Dick Hannah and refer anyone to Roxy. More
