So I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata without test driving it (my Bad) They told me that there was a recall that needed to be fixed on it and this is why I could not drive it. Well I took delivery of the car and got approx 10 miles away and the TPMS light came on. When I tried to contact the dealership about this no one called me back. I left a message with the service department, Carson Tise, and Nick . All ghosted me. When I called back two other time asking for Carson he conveniently was in meetings every time I gave my name. I called and talked with Damian Caudillo he told me he would get back to me and never did. They knew here was a problem and do not want to honor it and have it fixed. Now I have to pay out of pocket 400.00 to have this fixed which conveniently not covered by the 3000.00 warranty that I am paying for.
