I am so happy with this dealership!!!! They made it possible for me to get the truck of my dreams and at a real cool price. The whole team at this dealership went above and beyond for me. Went in not expexting to be treated like a human but felt first class when I drove off with my car. Was hoping to get a car that would not put me behind the 8 ball with Gas milage and cost. This company was "tops" in every way. They were prompt, very cordial, and effecient. The thing that caught my eye... and the reason I bought there (which is 300 miles away for me) is the pric were prompt, very cordial, and effecient. I flew into Portland to pick up the car, and the salesman even picked me up at the air port. One part of the quote on the interest cost was miscommunicated on the phone (and may well have been my error) but they did everything they could to fix it. We are very satidfied with this dealer and will suggest buying a car the way we did to our friends. The top rating I gave are the price, the effeciency of the sales team, and reputation of the dealership. More
I wanted what I wanted and I didn't want any back and forth. The salesman who greeted me probably had no problem turning me over to his manager as I had immediately let him know I didn't have an interest forth. Looking back, I feel a little bad about that- he seemed like a nice guy but I was in a rush. I met Nino, the floor manager who took me on a test drive in the certified used Murano. He knew from the get go that I had no interest in negotiating so he gave me his best number the first go round. It was within a couple of hundred dollars of what I wanted so I agreed and 45 minutes later, I drove home in my new car. Great place to buy a car if you don't want to be hassled or play games. More
Very honest. Great morals. Not pushy. Very patient. We test drove 2 diferent cars and since we had our child with us, Mo had to take us on test drives seperately! It took us a lot of time to decide. Mo was a far different and far superior person to deal than any other sales person we had dealt with before. I have found Gladstone Nissan to be very approachable and customer friendly with no abrasive behavior. I am reasonably knowledgeable when it comes to what I want, and I don't respond well to pressure or staf customer friendly with no abrasive behavior. I am reasonably knowledgeable when it comes to what I want, and I don't respond well to pressure or staff who don't know their products. My wife and I have bought four Nissans from them. In fact, my wife was impressed enough when I got my 2008 Nissan Armada that she would go only to Gladstone Nissan to replace her Pathfinder. MO was very helpful in getting me into my 2011 Armada even though I was upside down in my pretty new 2010 Lexus GX460, which didn't have enough Armada character for me. I have also found the service and parts departments to be very good with customers. I have received good quality care for my vehicle and service and parts personnel try to make sure the work is right the first time. MO worked through enough of the deal over the phone to allow me to make the decision to drive the 89 miles to Gladstone. That helped a bunch because I know what ballpark I was in before I even saw the Armada. My experience is that only the more forward-thinking dealerships will do some up-front work over the phone. I loved gladstone nissan staff, everyone was great, they did everything possible to give me what I wanted, allen oursalesman was gret, he knew everything about everycar we drove, he was a cool guy. He sold me when he knew the safety features on all of the cars too. It nice to have a salesman help you find a safe good car not just trying to make the deal. We will definately go back when we are ready to buy another car. But it would be nice if they had a children area my daughter was really bored. More
Gladstone Nissan has a customer for life from me! From the minute I walked in the door they made my sister and I feel like we were a part of the family. They made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and even arranged auto insurance. I will continue to go to Gladstone Nissan for services as well as car purchases in the future.
