Posiitive experience with friendly, helpful people I found the salesman, Noe, to be very informative and he patiently explained our options and how to use them. The only negative of the experience is the amount of time/paperwork to finish the deal even though we were planning to pay cash. I understand this is necessary at any dealership now, but wish it wasn't required. In general, a good company and individuals to deal with. More

Scetchy, unprofessional sales rep! Carl Lees was at times, very unprofessional, unorganized, seemingly unkempt and quite forgetful. Although he was able to “go through the motions” and Carl Lees was at times, very unprofessional, unorganized, seemingly unkempt and quite forgetful. The best experience buying a new car in over 30 years. After researching for months, getting price quotes from 7 different states (since we travel for work), we decided yesterday it was time to buy. We received a quote over the phone and drove to the dealership and they had to go 40 miles to get the exact car we wanted. We filled out paperwork while they were getting the car and finalized the deal while they were detailing it. They WERE nice and we had lots of fun and paid a fair price for our car. More

The improved looks, increased range to 150 miles, dealer discounts, and tax credits sealed the deal for us. The crew was helpful, friendly, and didn't put the usual pressure on us. We walked away the first day to think about our options. No problem. After doing tax credit and wide area price research we called back next day to schedule time to close the deal. In and out in 30 minutes. Very happy. More
