My Husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from the Kia Service Team of Steve, Mike, and John in the last 24 months. I have my salesman Steve on speed dial if I need anything. Salesman, Curt was amazingly informative and provided me with the best price I could find. He also helped me to get my payments at a price that was perfect for me and spent 3 hours answering all of my quest with the best price I could find. Bob Snyder made my car buying experience enjoyable. He's professional, personable, easy going, yet, detail oriented. When I arrived at the dealership, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for; a car wi professional, personable, easy going, yet, detail oriented. When I arrived at the dealership, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for; a car with good gas mileage (30mpg or more), reliable, and at a good price. Mr.Snyder took the time to listen to my needs and immediately began showing me cars that met my needs. The dealership had a great selection of cars with excellent fuel economy, reliability ratings, at a range of costs. Most interestingly, as I began looking over cars and test driving, I realized safety was also a major concern. Once I pointed this out to Mr.Snyder, he again listened to my request and began educating me on KIA's high safety ratings. Mr.Snyder then introduced me to the KIA Soul. After a test drive, I ended up falling in love with a KIA Soul. The KIA Soul met all my expectations; amazing fuel economy (35mpg), one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings out there for reliability, and 10 air bags. Hows that for safety! Amazingly, I achieved all I desired for a great price. Needless to say, yesterday was a great day! I have to say before closing, Bob Snyder was a big part of my buyer's experience. This was a NO pressure sales person, who's highest objective was getting me into a car that fitted my needs and wants; Mr.Snyder achieved this by listening to me and asking me questions. I had done quite a bit of research on KIA's prior to reaching out. I had spoken with the team at Beaverton KIA given my location and frankly was less than impressed. Having heard their radio advertisements, "We Wanna See Ya in a KIA" I decided to reach out to Dick Hannah KIA and that is when I met Mark Goff. Beginning to end my experience was top notch, Mark made that extra effort that really cemented how important my business was to their dealership in other words, they made us feel appreciated. Mark took the time to really understand exactly what I was looking for and found it for me in a short time. We ended up buying a 2013 KIA Sorento SX and it is just perfect. The buying process was painless, Mark and his team worked hard to get a great rate and financing was simple. Barry in finance is very good at what he does if I do say so myself. In summary, if you are looking for a dealership where the experience is the exact opposite of that stereotypical back and forth pressure buying experience then go see the guys at Dick Hannah. I can honestly say that it's more than just a purchase - they take care of you; you feel like you are joining a club, I know it sounds hokey but it's the truth. I will certainly come back when it's time for my next car, KIA or not. More

While on the drive, he was very pleasent and professional, something thats hard to find now a days AND he actually knew what he was talking about! After long, much needed discussion, it was agreed that we trade our two car my wife and I didnt like and purchase two cars we did really enjoy. Mike was great, he went to another Dick Hannah lot and got the exact car my wife LOVED. He was a great advocate for us in the finance office. All and All we got exactly what we wanted, and it was in the price range we wanted. Mike, Bret and the finance/sales manager went above and beyond to make us happy and get us out of two cars we hated and into two cars we love. So many discounts were given, they were VERY fair with our trade in values and EXREMELY fair with the prices of the cars we purchased. Thank you for making this car buying expereience top notch! I will make sure EVERYONE I know looking for a new car will come to Dick Hannah Kia to see Mike Menzie!! More
Bob was really great. He was very nice and super helpful. He willing ran all over for us to track down the used Camry we ended up buying. He was not a pushy salesman. He gave us time to think about things and didn't push the sale which was VERY important to us since we have had bad previous experience with car salesmen. He was really really wonderful. We really liked Bob. We felt good about our purchase. Bob was even out at the car with a rag cleaning up some things that we were concerned about. That is the mark of a good employee. He was concerned that we were happy and didn't care what job he had to do to ensure that. I wish there were more car salesmen like Bob. Really nice, really low key, willing to go the extra mile, and not pushy or more concerned about the sale than he was us. We will definitely refer our friends to Dick Hannah because of our experience with Bob Snyder! More

Our experience with the used car appraiser and Ed's sales management support was anything but pleasant as well as very embarrassing to the new salesman. The appraiser came in at about 20% of what my trade in was worth. And Ed's management support was insulting and humiliating about the worthless virtues of my trade in. We left vowing never to return. Through a series of events we sold our trade in outright sale to your Dick Hannah car buyer for its full price. Your buyer Darrell Williams found us through Craig's list. We returned at a later date to Ed Mason for an outright sale and was treated very well. Many praises to Ed Mason and Darrell Williams. Again our praises to Ed Mason and Darrell Williams for restoring our faith in Dick Hannah. More
