My original search was for a used, recent vintage, low miles car with high quality and good gas mileage. When I bought that car 18 years ago, Dick Hannah was honest and stood behind their vehicles. I have worked with Steve before and I know he is a knowledgeable and honest person. We test drove three cars and Steve knew about each of the cars and was very informative and patient. The last of the three was the winner for us, a used Kia Soul. However when I mentioned on the ride that the color didn't excite me, Steve said he might be able to work out a deal on a new Kia Soul which provided color options and a better warranty! Now we had choices! Steve went above what was needed to ensure our satisfaction. This was a very pleasant experience! More
