We walked in looking for a car and Thomas was able to find the Sorento that best fit our needs. He was really friendly and down to earth throughout the whole process. Bob Snyder was the sales person that helped us and he was a lot of help. He was able to answer all of my questions and was patient with us. That part of the service was great. The 2010 Kia we ended up buying had a couple issues but the Dick Hannah Service center quickly fixed them for us with no money out of our pocket. Patience pays off. I went in January to test drive 3 or 4 different smaller SUV vehicles.
