I am no longer of the mind set that inflation is a viable excuse for gouging in this day and age. The employee I worked with refused to reduce it and tried to make it look like I was getting a good deal. That I didn't like one bit. It took speaking with the follow up crew member that called to find out how my service went and this is where I shared my experience, and what do you know....it was resolved! Too bad you have to pay people to do secondarily what you should have been done in the first place. That's where you could save some money on the "inflation" game. It was resolved, and I am now a happy customer for it. More

The reason I have not bought a car in 10 years is mainly do the, run around, the pressure ,unfriendly service and having to deal with several car sale man .
