Our main purpose in visiting the dealership was to check out the information we gathered about several cars and the first one to check out was the sorento. At that time we saw 3 men in front and as we approached them one of then said "hello" and i said which one of you are going to abuse us? Brian said that won't happen here but i'll be more then happy to help show you around and answer any questions you have. We were prepared for the usual experience from the sales staff of "trying to purchase a car". it never happened! Brian was a delight to work with. He answered all questions and showed us different styles of the same model but most of all he was low key with absolutely no pressure at all. He assured us that we would know what we wanted when we went into the showroom. He asked if we every driven a sorento? then asked which model we wanted to test drive and showed us some of the features that made this car the car it is. We were very impressed with the sorento and mostly with Brian. I retired from sales after 30 years on the streets and he reminded us of me. Easy to like, honest in every way and helped us with the understanding of what this car had to offer us in a driving experience and the safety features. The reliability and quality of the sorento. i asked about the service department and wanted him to be honest with me. that is a very important part of purchasing any automobile. he proceeded into the service department immediately and grabbed a business card, then said this is who you want when you need service. he assured us that the service dept was top notched, quality minded and friendly. As i said in the beginning, it was an informational visit and get to know the sorento. I couldn't be more pleased with Brian and Barry in the purchase of the car. we actually leased the vehicle. From the time we drove in, traded and drove out with our new car was 2.5 hours. I mentioned to Brian that if we won the "power ball" i would come buy 8 more cars from him for our family. I have brought my 2011 Sportage to Dick Hannah Kia for every service and issue since I purchased it from them in 2012. I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is amazing. Kim knows who I am and who my kids are every time I come in and if they aren't with me she asks about them. It is nice to know that there are still service people out there who see their customers as more than just a dollar sign. I recently received my free tires for using the service center for all of my servicing needs and they look great! Thank you again for taking the pain out of getting my vehicle worked on. More

I had the 7500 mile service done. I have done the math and found that having the service work done at the Hannah dealership to receive the tires when needed is less of a cost than any other option. My wife and I decided it was time for a second car. We started our search at this dealership and were pleased that we were not harassed as we approached the lot. We had time to look around and then entered the building and was greeted by a lady behind a desk in an office, I believe she was the general manager. This kind lady heard my story and found Colby for us to start our process. We had filed for Bankruptcy 18 months earlier and had been rebuilding our credit. We wanted to be approved for an amount before the actual car search so as to not be disappointed. Much to my surprise, these kind folks were more than happy to take a credit app first then give us an idea of what we could be approved for. Colby then turned us to Brian due to the fact that Brian was more catered to the sales portion and knew the inventory better. Brian listened to us and within 5 minutes took us to our vehicle we ended up purchasing. The entire process was professional and a great overall experience. When we were signing our contracts, Brian discovered that only one set of keys were included. Not sure what to take of this, Brian immediately filled our tank up with gas and a very kind gesture. We came in the next day to finish some of the contract and to order a new key when Jon heard about the key situation and said that the dealership would take care of the cost and got us a second key and fob. I will definitely tell others about our positive experience and will purchase future vehicles from this dealership group. More
