I was in somewhat of a desperate situation, as my sole vehicle quit running on a Sunday and I was in quick need of a vehicle. I had been searching for cars earlier and had a model picked out. I emailed Dick Hannah Kia about the availability of the vehicle and they responded quickly that it was still available. All my other vehicle purchases have been with private owners or smaller used car lots, so this was my first experience buying a car through a larger dealership. The salesman, Curt, was very friendly and accomodating and walked me through the process. I was pleased with all the warranty options that were available, as well as the convenience with the financing, insurance, and title and licensing. I am a teacher and do not have a lot of time, so the ability for Dick Hannah Kia to take care of these things goes a long way with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. More
Brian was great to work with. He listen to our needs and worked to meet them. After our initial meeting and a follow-up phone call, Brian worked through most of the details ahead of our coming in. The sales staff working with Brian helped us through the process in a short amount of time. This even included the Allstate agent at Dick Hannah Allstate, on site. Our experience was better than "Great". Overall, it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. More

Our main purpose in visiting the dealership was to check out the information we gathered about several cars and the first one to check out was the sorento. We drove into the dealership feeling apprehensive out the information we gathered about several cars and the first one to check out was the sorento. We drove into the dealership feeling apprehensive about what we were about to get into and parked our car. At that time we saw 3 men in front and as we approached them one of then said "hello" and i said which one of you are going to abuse us? Brian said that won't happen here but i'll be more then happy to help show you around and answer any questions you have. We were prepared for the usual experience from the sales staff of "trying to purchase a car". it never happened! Brian was a delight to work with. He answered all questions and showed us different styles of the same model but most of all he was low key with absolutely no pressure at all. He assured us that we would know what we wanted when we went into the showroom. He asked if we every driven a sorento? then asked which model we wanted to test drive and showed us some of the features that made this car the car it is. We were very impressed with the sorento and mostly with Brian. I retired from sales after 30 years on the streets and he reminded us of me. Easy to like, honest in every way and helped us with the understanding of what this car had to offer us in a driving experience and the safety features. The reliability and quality of the sorento. i asked about the service department and wanted him to be honest with me. that is a very important part of purchasing any automobile. he proceeded into the service department immediately and grabbed a business card, then said this is who you want when you need service. he assured us that the service dept was top notched, quality minded and friendly. As i said in the beginning, it was an informational visit and get to know the sorento. I couldn't be more pleased with Brian and Barry in the purchase of the car. we actually leased the vehicle. From the time we drove in, traded and drove out with our new car was 2.5 hours. I mentioned to Brian that if we won the "power ball" i would come buy 8 more cars from him for our family. I have brought my 2011 Sportage to Dick Hannah Kia for every service and issue since I purchased it from them in 2012. I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is amazing. Kim knows wh every service and issue since I purchased it from them in 2012. I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is amazing. Kim knows who I am and who my kids are every time I come in and if they aren't with me she asks about them. It is nice to know that there are still service people out there who see their customers as more than just a dollar sign. I recently received my free tires for using the service center for all of my servicing needs and they look great! Thank you again for taking the pain out of getting my vehicle worked on. More
