I was in somewhat of a desperate situation, as my sole vehicle quit running on a Sunday and I was in quick need of a vehicle. I had been searching for cars earlier and had a model picked out. All my other vehicle purchases have been with private owners or smaller used car lots, so this was my first experience buying a car through a larger dealership. The salesman, Curt, was very friendly and accomodating and walked me through the process. I was pleased with all the warranty options that were available, as well as the convenience with the financing, insurance, and title and licensing. I am a teacher and do not have a lot of time, so the ability for Dick Hannah Kia to take care of these things goes a long way with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. More
