Yesterday I brought in my 2010 Kia Forte for its 37,500 service. As soon as I got out of my car Tara rushed over and greeted me with a huge and friendly smile. She was fast and prompt in checking me in and went over in detail all that was going to be accomplished plus a few other concerns that I wanted to have addressed. Due to the ice yesterday I was a few minutes late so I missed the first shuttle but Tara didn't miss a beat she quickly connected with the second shuttle and was able to get me on it. I love love love the shuttle service from Dick Hannah Kia. Due to the shuttle service I don't have to bother any family or friends to come pick me up and take me to work. I love the freedom to make appointments that fit my schedule knowing that the shuttle service will get me to work within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership. Tara's positivity and kindness turned my morning from a basic morning into an amazing morning. It is because of Tara's professional and warm personality that I will continue to stay with Kia.
