When I called initially, it was very easy to make an appointment! I really appreciate the option of a shuttle service to take me to work while my care was being worked on. Kim was awesome. Working with Lucas Davidson was a real pleasure. At no time did we feel pressured anything buying anything or add extra features. He was very thorough in explaining how all the features of the Kia worked and how the warranty worked. He didn't call me 5 or 6 times to see when I was coming in and I really appreciated that. We set up a time and had it not been for bad weather we would have met then. However, we agreed to reset the date and it worked well for both of us. I would not ever hesitate to send any of my family of friends to Lucas to purchase a vehicle. He had asked me what I was looking for in a car, and I explained that I had to have a vehicle that I could get in and out of easily as I have arthritis in both knees and I get around on a mobility scooter. Of course, my next need was to be sure that my scooter would fit in the back fairly easily, and it did. I was looking for a car that had good gas mileage in town and on the highway and that was easy to get in and out of. The Kia had all the things I was needing and and many more features I didn't even think out. It truly made it a wonderful experience purchasing a car from an outstanding salesmen. It was really great to work with someone who understood my needs and made sure that I found what worked best for me. More

I came in to have a new key made for a car I'd recently purchased. While I waited for the key programming, I was escorted to the sales department to finalize purchase of an extended warranty. I recently purchased. While I waited for the key programming, I was escorted to the sales department to finalize purchase of an extended warranty. I was able to get my business conducted promptly and for the price I had been quoted (no surprises). Barry helped with the warranty and Devin took care of the key. Devin also noticed that my rear wiper was out of position and determined that the wiper motor was defective. He told me he had one on order and they would call me when it came in and make the repair at no cost since the warranty covered it. Nice! The only part of my experience that wasn't perfectly seamless was when I first called in to make the appointment, I had to be transferred back and forth between departments to coordinate my visit with both service and sales. I did get accurate information, though, so it wasn't a big deal. More
