We were only going in to let my wife sit and check visibility in a Kia Soul, we had 3 other cars to try out, when we got arrived, at 8:30AM, there was not only the Kia to look at, but all three other visibility in a Kia Soul, we had 3 other cars to try out, when we got arrived, at 8:30AM, there was not only the Kia to look at, but all three other used cars we wanted to look at. My wife is very short, so any car must have good visibility for her, We tried all and settled on the Kia as the best match. I had a great experience at the Dick Hannah Kia dealership today. Bob (Robert Snyder) was helpful while we talked over the phone this morning before I went in. He asked me some questions to ensure that he knew what I was looking for and the price range. I called him a few times over about two hours with more information and each time he was available and willing to work with me. When we arrived he quickly found us out in the rain, and showed us the vehicle I was interested in. We were about to take it for a test drive when I realized it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Bob was very understanding and we moved on to another car. It felt like it was as important to him that I find the right car as it was to me; I didn't feel like any cars were being pushed at me. Bob didn't waste any time and we found a slightly different version of the original car and in a different color, it was a little more expensive, but Bob worked with us and I got the monthly payment that I was comfortable with. Devin was very helpful and friendly as well and got my monthly payment slightly lowered even more. He made sure I understood what I was signing and my payment etc... The insurance person, who I can't remember her name, was great. She called our insurance company and compared rates for us. She thinks she can get us an even lower rate than the one we ended up doing today, which we'll see in a few days when she gets back to us. While I talked to different people and waited, Bob was normally going back and forth with my paperwork and stopping back to check on us to make sure we were being taken care of and that we knew which step in the process we were at. All in all a very good experience for a first time buyer of a new car. I'm still smiling since I drove off the lot in my new Kia Soul :) More
