Great Experience Buying my first Kia To start I live in St Helens, Oregon and was looking to lease a car. I went on line to do just that, we have a Chevrolet Dealer down the street. I filled in the forms they emailed me with some info a day later and to cut this short, I emailed back with no response. So I again started to look at lease deals and to my surprise before I finished filling in the info. Mr. Dave Cady from Dick Hannah called, now that's fast. I was impressed after we talked I decided to make the trip, but had to get a ride. Dave offered to send someone to pick me up, wow! I said thank you but my son would take later that day. Dave said he might not be there, but turned me over to Curt who did an excellent job showing us a few cars. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the different models and equipment. Answered all our questions and made the whole process of leasing a car a great experience! Best I have ever had, can't say enough of the staff at Dick Hannah Kia. Impressed! I had been researching cars for a few months and wanted to just come in and test drive two of my top choices. I found a great deal on one of my top contenders, the Kia Soul and also a very relaxed and non-pressuring sales person in Curt. We really were only planning to test drive and then continue our research but the great deal we found plus the helpful and laid back attitude we found in Curt, we just decided to take the leap and buy the car that I loved since that deal would be expiring soon anyway. Most importantly I would say was Curt. I, like most people, have an aversion to most typical pushy sales people and if he had been that way we might not have even done the test drive. I LOVE my new car and am thankful for Curt making it work for us, with the terms and financing that I needed as well. Overall a great car buying experience! More

We came to him with general ideas of what we were looking for and wanted to test drive three used cars that we knew were on the Dick Hannah used website- a Subaru Outback, a Kia Sorento, and a Honda CR-V. We had done research on all three cars but had a lot of questions about each one. We ended up getting to test drive all three cars, and Dave was great during the entire process. There was a little delay in getting to drive the Honda and my husband had to go back to work, but once we got the Honda Dave and I drove to my husbands workplace and picked him up for the test drive. Dave was very friendly, open to answer any question that we had, and was very honest with us on the pluses and minuses of each vehicle that we drove. We ended up selecting a car that wasn't a Kia, and it was not a problem at all. He arranged for me to drive the car home for the night and then come back the next day for all the paperwork. All in all we are incredibly pleased with our experience with everyone at Dick Hannah Kia, and Dave Wakeman was amazingly nice. The entire experience was very friendly and we never felt pressure to hurry up or only pick a Kia. I would definitely refer him to family and friends and to anyone that wants a quality salesperson helping them to make their next car purchase. Thanks Dave! More

He was friendly, listened to our interests, and what we had in mind for a new vehicle. In fact, the vehicle we originally wanted to look at was in Portland (which we didn't know until he looked it up for us.) He was more than happy to assist us and make the necessary arrangements for us to purchase in Portland. He spent several hours with us and then agreed to meet us the following day which was Memorial Day. He was willing to accommodate our needs even if that meant starting his work day early. I don't know if he would have even got a commission if we bought in Portland but it didn't bother him one bit. He was willing to assist us in whatever capacity he could and continued to be professional and courteous. During this process we met Brian Johnson, another sales associate. He was very friendly and mentioned other options available to us. We then test drove a KIA and decided that is what we really wanted. Brian continued to assist us and helped me with my many questions! Everything worked out....we worked with Mark Goff in financing and he was delightful. Friendly, great sense of humor. Sales Review My wife, daughter, and I made an appointment to look at the new Kia. I had previously been to the dealership and met David Wakeman. We needed to see the differences in Kia Soul models. We were fortunate enough to have both the Plus and Exclaim available. David explained the differences and let up do a trial drive. We had done a lot of online checking and David seemed to know that we had made some option decisions. One for sure was the back up camera. We discussed, looked and David answered all of our questions. We decided on a car and David did a great job of coming up with a price. The price was fair and was close to what I had projected. We made the deal. The financial man, John and Insurance person, Andrea where both very professional, easy to talk with and there was a definite attitude of helping the customer. We needed to order a couple of options that we wanted and they will be installed later in the week. Very good visit and I would recommend this dealership and David to anyone. Excellent day, great little car. All of my service will be at this dealership. More

Dick Hannah Kia I just arrived home after purchasing my brand new 2014 Kia Soul. A car that I have been interested for a few months. My first intention was to get I just arrived home after purchasing my brand new 2014 Kia Soul. A car that I have been interested for a few months. My first intention was to get a brochure and look at a couple of styles that the Soul has to offer and think about it for a couple of days. My saleperson Carey Hicks showed me various options from the basic to the premium model which I had an opportunity to test drive which I first was reluctant but glad I did . The Soul was exactly what I was looking for. After we got back from our test drive, I told Carey what I am looking for in a new Soul. First the color choice was white and that it had alloy wheels. Carey took me all over the lot to show me my options. Fortunately, due to their Memorial Day Sale, I found the one I wanted which the price marked down quite significantly. Carey took me back to the office and I filled out some paperwork. My biggest concern was to make my monthly payment as minimal as possible. They gave me a decent trade in value of my 2005 Volvo S40 which I had for over 9 years. They managed promptly to find financing with a decent rate and got my payment within my reach. It also has the GAP & Comprehensive coverage in my payment which will give me peace of mind. After all was said & done and the paperwork was signed, Carey gave me my brand new set of keys, programmed my cell phone to the Bluetooth and I was on my way. I am so glad I went to Dick Hannah and would recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a car. Their service was above and beyound what I expected. I will a repeat customer that's for sure.
