When we were ready to ask questions Curt Torson was very helpful and let us ask questions and form our own opinions without trying to sell us the "Deal of the Day" like some other dealerships. When we said we wanted to think about it he was very courteous and also said that he could help us with any car on any of the DH lots if we wanted to look at anything else. By the next day we decided on what we wanted, it was a very comfortable experience to get the vehicle we loved. There were some things the vehicle needed so we couldn't drive it off the lot that day but we were updated every day by either Curt himself or someone from the dealership on progress. It was a very good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new (or just new to them) vehicle. More
Oil change service experience. Set up an appointment July 4th weekend (Saturday night) on the internet for Monday July 7th for 10.00a.m.. I instantly got a phone call from a gentleman who said he would put my request in first thing Monday morning and someone would call to confirm. Well at a little after 8:00 a.m. Monday morning a employee called and got me in for 10:15 am. When I pulled in a service writer Cody greeted me got all my details then less than an hour they had me out the door along with a free car wash. The waiting room and restrooms were excellent with coffee and cookies, magazines, etc. One of the best experiences I have had with a routine oil change. Great service along with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah's Kia service department. More
I wont ever return. Went into this dealer already approved through capital one. I originally spoke with Lucas who told me to bring in my pay check stubs, a bill for proof of where I live, and the capital one paperwork. I called capital one and asked about this and they told me not to give the dealer any of that information, I was already approved by capital one and they do not need my information except drivers license of course. Upon arriving Lucas told me he had been moved to the internet sales department and Steve would help me. Steve was very friendly at first and when I found a vehicle I wanted, we went inside to do the paperwork. He asked for my credit information, and I told him I already found a lender and he did not need that information. He kept on going on how he can find me a better interest rate, I declined. He became not so friendly and said he needed my social to make sure I was a terrorist. First it was to find me a better rate now its to make sure I'm not a terrorist? I should of walked away at that point. His manager Dave Cady came over. Told me that capital one checks bounce and they need to do a back up contract because (In his words) "When the checks bounce we have to track down the seller to get payment". He pretty much made capital one auto loans seem to be a scam. If a companies checks bounce why would you even be on their preferred dealers list? I'm sorry but if I was a company and another companies check bounce so much I need backup contracts, I would simply be asked to be removed from their dealer list....I left and went to a different kia dealer (Broadway Kia in Portland) & had a much better experience. Walked away with the car I wanted with less miles actually. I don't recommend Dick Hannah Kia to anyone and I will never return. More

Quick and easy I took my truck in for a service and they were quick and convenient. They even washed my truck afterwards and I swear I think they vacuumed the interi I took my truck in for a service and they were quick and convenient. GREAT!!!!! He was truly the selling point on this car. He stayed with us through the whole process. Didn't leave our side once and that made such a huge difference! We had been looking at cars all day and every dealership we dealt with they kept switching people on us, for example, one guy would show us the car, then one would test drive with us, then 2-3 more would try and deal with us in the office. It was a nightmare. Bob and Berry were great! No bs, no surprises, truly up front and honest men. They even stayed open late to close the deal so we could drive the car home that night and Bob stayed even later to go over the important features for the car. They really went above and beyond what we expected. Then the next day was Sunday, fathers day, and Bob took the time out of his Sunday, and a holiday to boot to call us and make sure we were doing ok with the car and if we had any questions. What car sales men does that? We have never experienced such a great experience buying a vehicle. They work for the customer and the awards they get shows that. Any one looking for a great car at a great price with great people to buy from, look no more, this is the place. P.S. Never dreamed of buying a Kia but I love this car! More
