Best Car Buying Experience! After seeing commercials on television I decided to come in to Dick Hannah Kia just to browse some of the new cars. The salesman who greeted me was Chucky and he was fantastic!!! Not only did he have a great sense of humor but he never pressured me into buying a car. We looked at a few models, then ran some numbers. The whole process seemed to fly by and before I knew it I had a new car. This is by far the best experience I have had and I highly recommend Chucky. Best car buying experience I came to Dick Hannah Kia because I was really impressed with the Kia Soul, I have looked at Scions XB and the Nissan Cube but I was just not too exci I came to Dick Hannah Kia because I was really impressed with the Kia Soul, I have looked at Scions XB and the Nissan Cube but I was just not too excited when I took a test drive. But when I took the test drive in the Soul it was just a fun party, Chucky was my salesman and he was so funny he just made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!! Chucky told be about his new baby and growing up in Thailand, leaving there not only did I leave with a new Soul I left with a new friend. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about what a great guy Chucky is, he is a keeper!! Thank you Dick Hannah and Chucky for this great buying experience!! More

mazda 5 a mini minivan So we had our third child and we needed a lot more space. But i couldn't bring myself to get the typical 'soccer mom mini van' it wasn't my thing. We came in and looked at several different vehicles. David Wakeman was very patient with us and understood my needs and wants. He let us test drive a few different cars (sorento, kia soul) and then he suggested the mazda 5. He said it was very sporty and not the typically minivan I had not wanted. But it also would give us more space and storage. He pulled it up and I instantly fell in love. David showed us how to work the seats, all the bells and whistles it had, he even sang along to my favorite britney song in the car while cruisin on a test drive! What a blast. I bought it then and there. They detailed it for me and even filled up the tank! I love it and would definately recommend dick hannah kia to my friends and David Wakeman for being so cool with us!!!! Poor Service I don't even know where to start... Came in on Fathers Day and purchased a vehicle that needed to be done as a dealer trade which is no big deal. I si I don't even know where to start... Came in on Fathers Day and purchased a vehicle that needed to be done as a dealer trade which is no big deal. I signed paperwork when I originally came in and was assured that everything would be smooth to pick up when I got there but it wasn't... Came back to pick up the car and the inside of the floor mats were dirty, enough that the gentleman who helped me check out apologized mutliple times. This was not the original salesman as he was gone that day but told the guy who helped me (forgot his name) that everything had been filled out already. Then for about 30 minutes nobody could find the paperwork or temp permit needed that was supposedly already filled out along with a lot of other paperwork so we had to re-fill that out. I was told it takes approximately 14 days or 2 weeks to get plates in so the 21 day trip permit should be fine, which it wasn't and it took longer so I had to go spend an hour at the DMV and pay out of pocket for a new trip permit. I also was only given one set of keys upon picking up my car because they couldn't find the others, took a month to get those. The follow up from the salesman that I dealt with was very poor as well. Multiple times I called about things and he said he would call me back but never did and I'd call the next day and "he was out" yet nobody had any idea what was going on. My Fiance has a Kia as well (from a different dealership) and I love my Optima but would not refer anyone that I know to this dealership. I have family members that have purchased from Dick Hannah Acura and it was a great transaction. I realize it's most likely out of the norm for an experience like this but still would not buy from this Dick Hannah dealership ever again as there was no real attempt to make things right nor did they seem to care once the sale had already been made and the follow up was atrocious More
