DIck Hannah Kia was a great experience We came in strictly to look at the used cars as our old car got totaled, and I didn't think we would be able to be financed for anything as our credit We came in strictly to look at the used cars as our old car got totaled, and I didn't think we would be able to be financed for anything as our credit sucked. But after talking with Bob Snyder (salesman) and told him about my concerns of bad credit, as well as the type of car we were looking for, he went to work trying to help us find the right car. Together with Dave Cady, the manager, they combed their stock to find a car with the right combo of age, mileage, and financing needed to get the bank to approve it. They found a 2010 Subaru Impreza on their lot that was perfect. It met our AWD needs plus it was only 4 years old with 57k miles on it (the stuff we were looking at on craigslist would have gotten us a car about 10 years old with over 100k miles on it. Matt in finance then took over, and at this point I was like "oh great, we'll be here for hours now" as is the experience I've always had, but to my surprise, Matt had the paperwork together in under 45 minutes, and after all the signatures we were out the door. It was the fastest, easiest, and most effortless car sale I've ever been a part of. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Bob Snyder was warm, caring, and went out of his way to find the right car for us, in our budget. More

The salesman who greeted me was Chucky and he was fantastic!!! Not only did he have a great sense of humor but he never pressured me into buying a car. Best car buying experience I came to Dick Hannah Kia because I was really impressed with the Kia Soul, I have looked at Scions XB and the Nissan Cube but I was just not too exci I came to Dick Hannah Kia because I was really impressed with the Kia Soul, I have looked at Scions XB and the Nissan Cube but I was just not too excited when I took a test drive. But when I took the test drive in the Soul it was just a fun party, Chucky was my salesman and he was so funny he just made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!! Chucky told be about his new baby and growing up in Thailand, leaving there not only did I leave with a new Soul I left with a new friend. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about what a great guy Chucky is, he is a keeper!! Thank you Dick Hannah and Chucky for this great buying experience!! More
