What a great experience! When I started shopping around for cars, it was a very lengthy and stressful process. That is until I was introduced to the guys at this Kia dealersh When I started shopping around for cars, it was a very lengthy and stressful process. That is until I was introduced to the guys at this Kia dealership. From the beginning I felt at home, and I knew I could trust everyone there to help me find what I wanted and at a rate I could afford. Everybody there played a huge role in helping me but my first car. Jon worked overtime to help me get a great interest rate, Mark helped me understand everything I was getting myself into, and made all of the paperwork seamless and easy to understand. Next comes Lucas, who was warm and friendly, and well, he's the guy that got me into the dealership in the first place. Last but certainly not least, is Thomas. Thomas went with me on the test drive and I instantly felt comfortable with the whole process. I also had my daughter with me throughout the day and where some salesmen are annoyed by the loud little kids running about, he was wonderful. He couldn't have done anything to make our experience any better. He had my 3 year old daughter who doesn't like anyone, declaring her love for him by the end of the night. I brought the car in a little white after for an oil change and everyone once again, was simply amazing. He also made sure I was comfortable with all of the fancy new gadgets my car had to offer. I would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable buying experience to go see Thomas. He won't bs you, and you will leave happy. I'm in love with my new car and the entire team exceeded my expectations. More

Dick Hannah Kia was my last stop on a journey that began with a mostly pleasant experience at my local Ford dealership and nearly ended with a visit to a different Dick Hannah dealership which shall not be named in an effort to maintain a sense of civility in light of what I'm about to say next. Simply put, my experience at said dealership (my last stop before Dick Hannah Kia) led me to believe that every cliche and ugly rumor I'd ever heard about car salesmen was true. Thankfully, I was encouraged by a third party to pursue purchasing the vehicle I'd decided upon (a 2013 Kia Soul) from Dick Hannah Kia. The salesman I was directed to, Curt Torson, was straightforward and courteous in his dealings with me. He made me aware of all my options, but did not attempt to push me into making any hasty decisions. He made the experience simple and largely hassle-free. In that light, I feel confident in saying that Dick Hannah Kia is a worthy destination for anyone presently searching for their next vehicle. More
