Pleasant new car buying experience I initially contacted Rachel Smith and told her my wife and I wanted to buy a new Kia Soul base, either black or dark gray. We set an appointment for I initially contacted Rachel Smith and told her my wife and I wanted to buy a new Kia Soul base, either black or dark gray. We set an appointment for 6pm that evening and when we showed up Chucky had a black Soul Base ready to go! We took it for a drive and discussed the features and really got a feel for it to make sure it is what we wanted. After we made the decision to buy (we went with the dark gray Titanium color) Chucky went over some of the finer details with us and Rachel W. gave us an insurance quote. We've been with our current insurance agent for many years, but they're based in Bremerton where we lived when we first started doing business with them. I decided to switch to the Dick Hannah Insurance Agency with Allstate because I prefer dealing with people face to face and it will be convenient to consolidate all my vehicle needs under one roof. Also, Rachel W. was able to save us a nice chunk on our monthly insurance payment with Allstate. Mark Goff went through the final paperwork with us and it's weird, but even dealing with all that paperwork was a pleasant experience. The whole experience was only about 2.5 hours total, and that's with a test drive, poking around the demo, getting an insurance quote and running through all the paperwork. We got there at 6 and were gone by 8:30! Right before we left Chucky came out to our new car with us and showed us how to pair up our cell phones to the bluetooth. This is by far the best experience I've had purchasing a new car. The folks at Dick Hannah Kia are nice, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. More

All the options/offers were presented in an open and even manner, allowing my wife and I to examine each one without pressure and accepting the one we most preferred. We felt like we left with a fair deal on the vehicle. Additionally, we appreciated the opportunity to save on our auto insurance. This was a nice surprise to be able to lower our rates.
