Thomas George and Brian Johnson worked as a team to find me the car they thought I would love. Sure enough, they were ready when I got there. They had listened to my "must haves" wants and needs. They pulled my new car up front and suggested I take it for a ride. It was "the one". Wow. Thanks guys. I'm thrilled with my new car and most especially the way I was treated by the entire staff at Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA. Even the financing department portion was a breeze. I had a work appointment I needed to keep and the staff at Kia made sure to process everything in a timely fashion. They got me out the door on time to pull up and meet my clients in my new car. The price stated at the time of initial call was just what I was charged. AMAZING! No need to try to upsell additional service because most of the upsell I had incurred at other dealerships because it was all included in the service price. Tyler greeted me immediately and got things started. He turned it over to Kevin who thought of items that were covered that never would have thought of myself. And, I love driving off the lot with a freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle! Thanks to all! More

The amount they gave me for my trade-in was not enough to cover the loan, so I had t The last time I traded a newer vehicle in I had a bad experience. The amount they gave me for my trade-in was not enough to cover the loan, so I had to roll it over to the new vehicle. I just traded that vehicle in and they gave me what I was asking for which covered the loan in full, I knew what car I wanted and how much I could spend. I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours! My salesman, Norm was really friendly. More
