I let the salesman, Lucas Davidson, know exactly what I needed/wanted. He, the manage, and finance manager made it happen inside of the amount I could afford. The car I wanted at the price I needed. I believe they truly went above and beyond; hands down the best experience buying a car has been through this dealership. The service staff is also very caring and prompt. I usually don't like "dealing" with dealerships or dealership service centers, but Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver is definitely one I am willing and happy to visit and recommend. Very good experience. No pressure. I made an appointment to talk and view the car of my choice. When I arrived they had the car I requested and in the correct color waiting out front fo I made an appointment to talk and view the car of my choice.
