I love the fact that all the insurance transfers and tag licensing is handled by the dealership, something I didn't know about and it made everything so much easier. Wasn't happy about being pressured to buy the extra warranty or upsold on insurance, but other than that it was a terrific and efficient buying experience. More

Finally, a pleasent place to buy a car I have had some very unpleasant times while shopping for/ buying a car in the past. My wife Carol almost fights to keep from car shopping. While going to Dick Hannah Kia the other day and dealing with Curt Torson we found not only an attentive, knowledgeable person in Curt, we found it actually pleasant and enjoyable to get us to our choice of what we had in mind but also info that was exciting and desirable to hear that we didn't know was available, without pressing us to a decision but rather helping us make the right decision for us. Curt was very patient with all the many questions we had and always came up with the information we wanted with new info included for us. What usually seems to be a strung out day was a very pleasing and relaxed experience for us. After we came to a conclusion to exactly what we wanted we were further pleased with the conclusion of the business at hand with Mark Goff handling the financing portion of the deal. He also was pleasant and with a great sense of humor making the very dry, drug out potion into a fun time and again very informative. Both of these gentlemen were patient and non-pushy through it all. Would I share my experience there with these men with my friends , I surely will. Easy Dealer to work with. I went in to looked for a new car and asked for Bob since he was very nice to me when I bought my first car from him.
