He answered our questions very well and pointed out all the important features during the test drives of two different autos at the dealership. We came back and purchased the Kia Soul two days later. Good experience First time I bought a vehicle in 14 years and was a little apprehensive. Went to several other dealers and a couple carmax. Hannah had a lot to choo First time I bought a vehicle in 14 years and was a little apprehensive. Went to several other dealers and a couple carmax. Hannah had a lot to choose from. I did not buy the Kia Sorento I had reserved. Ray found one with more of what I wanted for a little more and they bent just a little which carmax does not. I recommend buying certified used. Paper work took a little longer than I expected but not bad. I did the online pre approval for the car I reserved but changed vehicles so they had to redo a couple things. David did a great job explaining everything during signing. I have good credit and their financing was comparable to my credit union. Overall pretty satisfied with Hannah. Thank you Ray and David.
