Dick Hannah Kia

My 2016 KIA Optima's engine blew up on the freeway. I found out it had a recall from KIA and was under warranty. Dick Hannah Kia has had my car since 8/14/2023, that is over 4 months. I just got my car I found out it had a recall from KIA and was under warranty. Dick Hannah Kia has had my car since 8/14/2023, that is over 4 months. I just got my car back last night and they did not clean it, detail it or even wash it for that matter!!!! I am so angry. There is still the marked writing on the windows from when the car was broke down on the freeway over 4 months ago. It was not even washed off! How can a huge dealership like Dick Hannah be so disrespectful and have no customer service skills at all??? I have never been so upset, angry and disappointed in a car dealership! I have also called to talk to a service manager and received no call back... Don't buy a car from DICK HANNAH unless you want to be treated like garbage. More

Just received a phone call from Alex Bassett the service dept director at Dick Hannah Kia. I had called earlier expressing a concern about service being done on my Kia Forte. He spend the time explaining wh dept director at Dick Hannah Kia. I had called earlier expressing a concern about service being done on my Kia Forte. He spend the time explaining what diagnostic work had been done on the car and what the problems could be. He was very understanding and patient while listening to my concerns. This response is not what I received from the service manager. Dick Hannah Kia Dealerships is fortunate to have him as Director of this dept. Definitely 5 stars or him ***** THANKS ******* More
