Chucky is an incredible sales representative. He is honest, genuine, and extremely knowledgeable. His personality and attentiveness make for a very low pressure and enjoyable experience. He works vehicle features into the conversation like magic without being overbearing. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't want, instead he actually listens and does his best to deliver precisely what you ask for. He explains throughout the process what to expect next, and shares the excitement about Dick Hannah as if he himself were the owner of the dealership. No company could ask for a better employee to represent their business, he is incredible. The best part is that he was just the front man for the deal, pour in the management and finance guys and no dealer could hope to compete with this place! Mark Goff was funny, expeditious, meticulous and very enjoyable to work with. Although they all worked nearly 2.5 hours after closing, you would never have known that they were working late!
