Ray was communicative and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. We had one small issue that Ray immediately resolved for us. The only part of the entire experience that was somewhat disappointing was the nonsense around using my credit card, of which the dealer would not allow. I was told (not by Ray) “come on in, and you can use your credit card for “xyz” % of the sale, but when I arrived at the dearlership I was told “no”. So the old dearlership adage of “just get the customer to come in” is apparently still practiced. And while I still bought the vehicle, this is not something I will soon forget. Would you? I’d also like to know why a lower mileage value was written into my sales invoice, versus the actual odometer reading at the time I made my purchase. I’m sure there is some logical reason. More
