The only part of the entire experience that was somewhat disappointing was the nonsense around using my credit card, of which the dealer would not allow. I was told (not by Ray) “come on in, and you can use your credit card for “xyz” % of the sale, but when I arrived at the dearlership I was told “no”. So the old dearlership adage of “just get the customer to come in” is apparently still practiced. And while I still bought the vehicle, this is not something I will soon forget. Would you? I’d also like to know why a lower mileage value was written into my sales invoice, versus the actual odometer reading at the time I made my purchase. I’m sure there is some logical reason. More
