I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Anthony Hernandez. Anthony is a man of his word and of high character. I know that the vehicle I was interested in was in high demand given it was a great value a Anthony is a man of his word and of high character. I am located a few hours drive away and Anthony told me that he would "get me in the car" despite the fact that I needed time to make the drive down the following day. I have missed out on vehicles at other dealers who sold the vehicle after I had a handshake agreement with them so I took his assurance with a grain of salt. I believe that he went to great lengths to communicate my interest to purchase to other interested parties who were interested in the vehicle. He exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend dealing with him. More

This past summer we purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos from Hannah. At the correct mileage interval we took the car in for service. After we got home the car was still prompting us that it needed service as t Hannah. At the correct mileage interval we took the car in for service. After we got home the car was still prompting us that it needed service as the "reminder" was not reset. I took it in to have it reset and they said they cannot do it. It is an issue with Kia. After browsing the internet it looks like this is not an uncommon problem, not just with the Seltos but other models as well. Just took it back to Hannah for it's second service and the same issue persists. Were they aware of the issue when we bought the car? I don't know. Are they still selling Kias knowing that there is this issue? I don't know. "Believe In Nice?" I don't think so. More
