This past summer we purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos from Hannah. At the correct mileage interval we took the car in for service. After we got home the car was still prompting us that it needed service as t Hannah. At the correct mileage interval we took the car in for service. After we got home the car was still prompting us that it needed service as the "reminder" was not reset. I took it in to have it reset and they said they cannot do it. It is an issue with Kia. After browsing the internet it looks like this is not an uncommon problem, not just with the Seltos but other models as well. Just took it back to Hannah for it's second service and the same issue persists. Were they aware of the issue when we bought the car? I don't know. Are they still selling Kias knowing that there is this issue? I don't know. "Believe In Nice?" I don't think so. More

Anthony went above and beyond for me and my wife! ! The entire dealership did!! My service manager was Devin. I brought in a 2016 Kia Forte that had a strong vibration in the steering wheel and even in the front bucket seats while at a stop, car in gear (D) a I brought in a 2016 Kia Forte that had a strong vibration in the steering wheel and even in the front bucket seats while at a stop, car in gear (D) and foot on brake. After a week I was told that it probably was a brake issue perhaps a warped rotor?? Obviously this was not the issue as the car was at a complete stop and just idling. Another week in the service department and it was diagnosed that a faulty alternator or A/C compressor was causing the vibration and an estimate of repair costs around $2000.00. At this time having no confidence in the service dept I returned it to the dealership in Salem OR where I had purchased it a couple months before. Within a couple days they had determined the source of the vibration. They knew it was not the alternator or A/C compressor because they had earlier pulled the belt powering these and confirmed the vibration was still there. They looked at engine and transmission mounts and found a broken transmission mount - replaced it an vibration was gone. Thanks to them I didn't spend $2000+ on replacement of alternator and A/C recommended by Dick Hannah Kia. More
