With this information, we stayed in contact with the dealership. When they received the Telluride that I wanted, they notified me quickly and we made a plan for our family to purchase that vehicle. We live in Eugene, Or. and Dick Hannah is in Vancouver, Wa. so we worked with Gideon online and over the phone to purchase the car that we wanted. Once the car arrived, we drove to the dealership and everything was ready to go for us. Gideon answered all our questions and made it a easy, quick and seamless purchase. New Record! Started the car buying process online around 10pm last night, and by 1pm today I was driving off the lot. SOOO much easier than the "good ol' days", when buying a car was an all day experience. Matt was fantastic, communicated well, had pretty much everything ready to go when we arrived at the dealership; our car was even pulled right up front and waiting. Paul got us through our paperwork thoroughly but quickly, very personable and informative. Time actually spent at the dealership was about 1.5 hours....that's a new record for us! And we are very happy with our purchase. More

We were immediately contacted, given price quotes and invited to come down. We were met by the friendly David Holt, who had everything lined up, showed us exactly what was available and everything we needed to know. We were treated so well. It took less time to finish the sale than we thought possible and to finish it off David took time to show us how to use all of the features of the new vehicle before we left the lot. We needed to buy a second car quickly and stopped in at Dick Hannah Kia to test drive a vehicle posted online. That vehicle was not at the Vancouver location and Brian quickly assessed our needs and showed Dick Hannah Kia to test drive a vehicle posted online. That vehicle was not at the Vancouver location and Brian quickly assessed our needs and showed us a vehicle that was new on the lot. We went for a test drive and had to leave. Brian was very gracious about his time and gave us his contact information. The next morning we used the web purchase option to buy the Sportage that we drove the night before. It was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever done. All the folks at the dealership we helpful and made sure we had everything we needed when we left with our new car. More
