Best car buying experience ever. Travis knew his stuff and was more of a friend than a salesman. He gave us space when we needed it to make a decision and was there to answer all of our questions. The last car I bought was in 1996. That's correct I've been driving the same car for 25 years now! I was dreading the car buying process again, even though I had my own financing ready and knew exactly w been driving the same car for 25 years now! I was dreading the car buying process again, even though I had my own financing ready and knew exactly what I wanted. The last time I was in the car market as a single, young woman it was quite traumatizing. I was talked to in a very condescending manner. All the salesmen talked directly to the male that was with me at the time, even though he repeatedly told them he was just accompanying me and I was the one buying with the money! The hard sales pitches that were given were beyond ridiculous and the same lines no less, told to me at various dealerships. It got to the point when a salesperson would start with one of the lines, we stopped him and said we've ALREADY heard that one and it didn't work at the last place either! So given this bad taste left in my mouth 25 years ago, I was less than anxious to go through that again! I mustered up my courage after doing online research for two months now and finally went into a dealer to test drive and see the car I wanted in person. From the moment I walked onto the Dich Hannah Kia property I was NOT rushed with a bunch of hungry, shark like salesmen. Instead I dealt with one friendly salesman, Lucas. Lucas was patient with my laundry list of questions. He was very cordial and at the end of our test drive and questions, he brought up the question of my purchase interest. No high pressure. I was then introduced to Sam Jaramillo for all the inventory, negotiation and paperwork part. I figured this is the part I was dreading and was ready to jet should it become a horrible experience once again. Instead him and another gentleman went over the specs of exactly what I was looking for. Turns out the exact specs of what I was seeking came to be the biggest problem. I was very specific in what I wanted and didn't want to settle. They worked the computers like crazy and had a lot of difficulty locating what I wanted. Covid has put inventory and manufacturing websites very backlogged, so we were relegated to existing inventory in the NW. Finally he was able to located what I wanted in the second color I was considering. I was wavering between white and silver and when the silver was located I figured it was the universe's way of helping me with my decision. Next we sat down for the negotiation part. Again, I thought ok, this is where is all goes down hill. To be honest the negotiation took maybe 20 mins. tops. We went back and forth a few times before they finally came down to what I stated in the beginning I was willing to pay. All in all it was not at all the horrible experience I was dreading. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable on the inventory, respectful towards me and never once did I feel any high pressure sales. I will definitely be a return customer in the future, hopefully not in another 25 years this time, ha! And anyone I know in the market for a car, I will refer them to Dick Hannah. More
