Hannah Kia had one, we called and they were so sweet to wait for us while we battled rush hour traffic to get there. Everyone was so sweet and considerate. The dealership is nicely laid out with comfortable seating. Seems like a small thing but it always feels weird having the cars in the middle of the main room, feels stark. They don't have that, instead you have a nice seating area. A+. Sedric our salesman was phenomenal. So kind, gave all the info we wanted but also kept a good pace knowing we had a limited time and a baby to get home to. The financial part was awesome, easiest we have ever had, and options were offered to us without being pushy. We plan to have this car for a long time but highly recommend and will be going back to them! More

I had a great experience working with sales rep Koda. He was not pushy in any way and he even accommodated me by staying late so I could take my time inspecting and testing my new 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat He was not pushy in any way and he even accommodated me by staying late so I could take my time inspecting and testing my new 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat . I had a great experience with Kelsey the finance director as well, however a few weeks after purchasing the truck my moonroof broke and my dealings with the service dept has been absolutely terrible . It was decided that it would be completely replaced under warranty, that I paid for . My truck was initially brought it for a warranty repair at Dick Hannah Kia service . After 3 trips back and forth , because they supposedly didn’t get enough parts to complete the repair, I found that they had damaged my leather seat and the roof by the moonroof they were replacing .after a solid week of calling and trying to get ahold of Alex , the service director , I called Kelsey because she is the only one who returns calls or emails. She helped me finally get ahold of Alex , the service director. I told him of the damages and he apologized and assured me that any and all damage would be fixed . On the fourth trip back to pick it up they told me the detail shop could not fix the minor damage they had caused to my seat unless I wanted a big ugly patch. B.S! That could have easily been replaced for about 300 dollars or taken to a professional upholstery shop for touch up . They did absolutely nothing instead . A massive dealership group such as Dick Hannah absolutely has the means to make it right but they just chose not to keep their word . They also have returned my truck much dirtier than when they received it, multiple times . This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are dishonest and surely don’t care about their customers after they get your money for the vehicle . I would think again before choosing anyone affiliated with Dick Hannah dealerships. They surely don’t ” believe in nice” or believe in fixing damages they caused to customer vehicles . I sincerely appreciate Koda and Kelsey but that’s where it ends . I am extremely disappointed in the treatment of my truck and myself , as a customer . I hope someday they change their ways and become respectful towards their customer base. More

I knew from the beginning that I was in good hands at with Anthony at Dick Hannah Kia Dealership. They did not have the Kia Seltos that I wanted. We were guided to a comfortable place to sit while Anthon with Anthony at Dick Hannah Kia Dealership. They did not have the Kia Seltos that I wanted. We were guided to a comfortable place to sit while Anthony looked on the computer to see what their new shipment might bring. A new 2023 Seltos EX was due to arrive on June 26, around 10 days later. It was a beautiful blue color and was equipped with everything I wanted. I had been looking for that car everywhere. I told him I wanted it. He communicated often and said he would call as soon as it arrived. True to his word, he called this AM and I will be picking up the car tomorrow, June 24th! I could not be happier!! More
