Let me just say upfront that I don't like car - they are just a necessary evil - something to get me where I need to go when I need to get there. So, I went to the dealership with low expectations of finding a car in the color and price point that I wanted. Of there model I wanted I did not find any that I liked. However, Matt, the salesman, showed me some new Kia Fortes that had just arrived. They had everything I needed in a vehicle and the price point was spot on. The decision was made, Kelsey made all the trade-in, financing and paperwork magic happen and I finished the day with a new car. To me, car shopping is as much fun as a root canal, but Kelsey and Matt make a great team to make the experience as painless as possible and get me into a new vehicle. Excellent work. More

Happy to get my Hybrid sportage. Nice dealing with the sales and finance staff. Not happy that my car has unwanted add on part. The sidestep bars are TOTALLY unnecessary-at $690. Not to mention, he made sure my car was ready to go when I was ready to pick my car up. Always Greeted with a smile and I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want. I would definitely purchase from him again and refer everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars. More
I was very impressed with Dick Hannah Kia dealership and especially with salesman, Matt Favre! I made an appointment with Matt to test drive a 2022 Kia Forte LXS. I expected the process of buying my next car to be long and painful so I was not looking forward to it and had my guard up when I got to the dealership. I am happy to say that Matt put me at ease, was very knowledgeable, and respected my time as I was in and out within 2 hours and drove away in my new car knowing that I got a great deal! Matt checked in with me two days later to ask if I was enjoying my new car and offered to answer any questions I may have. Working with Matt and Finance Manager, Dave Wakeman, was a pure pleasure! The buying process was just fine. Lot of promises made around customer care that haven't materialized after I made my purchase. I was lucky to be able to get a hybrid at this time, but there was very little effort from anybody at the dealership to try and make it a good deal. It took three (!) separate calls to the dealership when I initially wanted to buy the car before I was able to get enough information to actually reserve anything, followed by a strange mistake in the process while I was there (I was shown the wrong car initially because the VINs got mixed up), and was pressured to leave a good review of the service before even leaving. Pro-tip to sales and management: don't ask for surveys from buyers that are still there, it's pressure in the middle of an already stressful process. David in finance was great and felt like the most honest person I talked to there. We had to walk back in several times to find out about missing floor mats before finding out that they were out of stock and would have to mail them -- but they would've been happy to let me walk out without them is the vibe I got. I was able to exchange money for a car at a bare minimum, but the customer care could use a lot of work. I'll likely look somewhere else for my next purchase. More
