Mike was very thorough in showing both my wife and I all of the features and in going over all of the safety features of our new Kia with us. I went to Dick Hannah Kia to look at a truck I had seen online, and to give them the opportunity to make up for overcharging me for the car I had bought the year before. I ended up with a VW Touareg with online, and to give them the opportunity to make up for overcharging me for the car I had bought the year before. I ended up with a VW Touareg with about 5oK miles. 3 days after purchase the car is out in the rain and starts acting up, engine light on, tach all over the place, running rough, no power. Bring back to dealer - they first tell me it will cost about $150 JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. They diagnose 'corroded coil' which would cost me $250 to fix. Recommend replacing all coils for $600. Dealer takes no responsibility for this - says since it happened while I had car it was my responsibility. (like I caused corroded coils in 3 days? Sure.) Reminds me I should have purchased the extended warranty. They're selling me a car in Washington state that can't get wet? Luckily the deal hadnt been completed yet I gave them back the car. I suspect it has a history of having been in a flood. They will take the $250 out of the $500 downpayment they're refunding. Gee thanks. No attempt to make it right. So much for "customer for life" - I'm done with Dick Hannah. I'm going back to my Toyota dealer who backs up the cars they sell. Oh in addition - when I put the down payment down I wrote two checks, the second to be cashed Jan 10th. They sent that right to the bank and it bounced of course, and the bank charged me $40 for the returned check charge. Just a little salt on the wound. More

My Husband and I visited the Vancouver Hazel Dell location to disguss getting a car loan. The previous day, we were comstantly on the phone with the "Dick says yes" team going over what we needed to location to disguss getting a car loan. The previous day, we were comstantly on the phone with the "Dick says yes" team going over what we needed to bring to our meeting. The Folks we spoke with seemed very helpful and professional. They told us we qualified for a loan. Soon after we arrived for our meeting, everything changed. The Car salesmen insisted on showing us a car that was way out of our budget and not even the type of car we were looking for. We told him repeadily that we were not interested in that type of vehicle and that we needed something a little more affordable. He tried pushing all these technicalities on us as if it would intimidate us to give in to the unreasonable offer. After politely refusing the offer several times, his attitude got even worse. He started asking questions like "well, where else are you going to find a car at this price?" and " you must not care about your credit, huh?" We were appalled with the nerve this kid had. Finally, After he was done arguing with us he turned his back and walked into the office without saying a word. No "thanks for coming in" or "sorry it didn't work out". Nothing. Not only did the helpfulness and professionalism not carry over to the meeting but even worse. We were offended and humiliated for no reason what so ever. We stayed respectful and polite during the enitre process and we were simply taken advantage of. I absolutely learned a lesson and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. So please, save your time and effort and shop elsewhere. More
I guess you could say that I was very skeptical and adamant about buying a car (especially it being my first time). But the moment I stepped into Dick Hannah's dealership and was greeted by Mike Ragsda adamant about buying a car (especially it being my first time). I had been car shopping for going on about 5 months and everyone made me feel like crap. Other car places were not willing to work with me and get me into a reliable vehicle. They just wanted to sale me something that they were trying to get rid of and weren't even willing to listen to what I needed in my first vehicle. I could never understand why someone who was making such a large purchase would be treated so badly. But Teri and Nate were the best. I would recommend them to anyone. Ladies if you are sick of jerk men car salesmen taking advantage of you go and see Teri. She's a lady and she wont jerk you around! Thank you Dick Hannah Kia! More
I went to the Vancouver D_ck (citysearch won't let me use the actual name) Hannah auto mall expecting an exceptional car buying experience. Boy, was I disappointed. I was faced with the same shoddy car sales the actual name) Hannah auto mall expecting an exceptional car buying experience. Boy, was I disappointed. I was faced with the same shoddy car salesman practices that can be found at any cheesey third rate used car lot in the worst part of town. It took a week to negotiate a sale price. My wife and I had a blank check from our finance company and the sales people pushed until we filled out THEIR credit application. The sales people gave us the usual runaround when discussing what "kelly blue book trade-in" means and most importantly that it means nothing to them becuase they buy "Wholesale". When the deal was finally complete they did not fill the gas tank, as we are accustomed to when purchasing a new vehicle, and they stiffed us with the bill for the trip permit! Then, when it came time to visit the finance person, who i might add is just another salesman, you are faced with pressure to buy many extra frivolous items amounting to many thousands of dollars that are quite unnecessary. As for D_ck Hannah's tires for life gimmick, it is a benefit that can only be realized if ALL SERVICE to your vehicle is performed through D_ck Hannah and is limited to 1 set every 80K miles. Which is a pretty good deal but these details are often left out. What it comes down to is this, all car dealers are the same. Align your expectations accordingly. More
