We bought our 2007 Sedona elsewhere but have been having it serviced at Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver. Frankly, we've had a lot of problems with the vehicle. It broke down twice completely so that it had to it serviced at Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver. Frankly, we've had a lot of problems with the vehicle. It broke down twice completely so that it had to be towed and at least 3 other times the check engine light required an urgency to bring it in. However, the amazing team at Dick Hannah Kia has even made all this worthwhile. Thinh Pham provides excellent customer service. He has attended to all the needs of this vehicle in detail. He is a very kind man and takes the time to return my calls, answer all my questions, and alleviate all my worries. He looks ahead letting me know what needs the car may have in the near future. I used to bring all my vehicles to Les Schwab for tire and brake service but Thinh has offered competitive prices for quality tires and brakes. Importantly, he often doesn't charge me for everything. I always leave there feeling like I just got a good deal! I have such confidence in the work done at Dick Hannah Kia and in the interest and care of staff I won't go anywhere else!! More
Thinh Pham and his staff have serviced my families vehicles for several years. I began with my mother who referred me to Thinh. The staff at Dick Hannah Kia service department is simply the best we've ever encountered. They're extremely friendly and come across as being very eager to please. When we searched for an alternative and found Dick Hannah Kia, from our first visit we were hooked. The staff truly know their stuff, listen well and communicate more effectively than any dealership/service department I've ever seen. They do great work in a timely fashion and stand behind their service. We're customers for life. More
After having several negative experiences at other vehicle dealerships, I decided to contact Dick Hannah online and inquire about the possibility of trading in our two current vehicles for two specifi vehicle dealerships, I decided to contact Dick Hannah online and inquire about the possibility of trading in our two current vehicles for two specific newer one's. I was immediately contacted by phone by Steve Davis, who was very friendly, professional and helpful. After only a short time on the phone, we made an appointment to visit the dealership on the weekend, and drove home in two vehicles that met our criteria. Stephanie was a true pleasure to work with, and stayed with us throughout the process and took us on our test drives, smiling the whole afternoon. Curt provided the financing piece, and was also professional, and a pleasure to work with. We used a Price Guarantee Program offered through our bank. Dick Hannah Kia was the only dealership that offered this price guarantee. I called DH Kia and inquired about a Kia Borrego Limited, Don Martin bank. Dick Hannah Kia was the only dealership that offered this price guarantee. I called DH Kia and inquired about a Kia Borrego Limited, Don Martins pleasant voice answered the phone. He was able to answer all of my questions and if he didn't know the answer he was honest and said so, then found someone who knew the answer. Don Martin and I made an appointment for the next afternoon to test drive the Borrego Limited. Don Martin called the next morning to verify the time of our arrival and stated the Borrego was out on the lot and ready for use to view. I had several more questions for him which he happily wrote down and offered to call back with the answers. I did not want to take any more of his time so I told him he could wait til we arrived and answer them then. My husband and I drove out from the Coast to see the Borrego Limited that had on the lot. Don Martin greeted us out in the parking lot upon our arrival and welcomed us with a handshake and a warm smile. He was patience and cheerful during our 2 hour overview and test drive of the Borrego Limited. He interacted with our children and made them fell welcome. Our price match guarantee was a smooth process with out any hasell. We received what we wanted for our trade and was extremely happy with the deal "overall". The fiance manager came over and personally thanked us for our business and taking the time to drive out from the Coast to purchase from their dealership. We added additional options to our vehicle which weren't able to be completed until the middle of the following week. Don Martin drove out to the Coast to pick up my Borrego Limited, dropped off a "loaner Borrego" (which by the way he made sure the features of the vehicle closely matched that of my Limited). He will be driving back out to the Coast in a few days to return my vehicle with all my additional options, full detail and ANOTHER FULL TANK OF GAS!!! We are a military family and inquired about the Military Incentive offered through Dick Hannah, unfortunately we did not qualify for the Military Incentive b/c we did not fiance through Kia Fiance. To my surprise, when Don Martin came out to pick up my vehicle he had the Military Incentive paperwork filled out and ready for my husbands signature. He stated he had done some additional research into the Military Incentive and found that we may qualify for the Military Incentive after all. Don Martin has gone ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations as a Salesman and made our car buying experience a pleasant one. A BIG THANK YOU DON MARTIN!!!! More
I have purchased Kia cars from this dealership since 2006! My son has done the same - he drives a Kia also. What makes this so unique is the fact that we have to drive almost 150 miles to do business with them. Funny, we have Kia dealerships all around us here in Seattle and we prefer dealing with Dick Hannah Kia because there is no hassle or pressure of any kind. We can do the preliminaries over the phone, and they'll have it ready in perfect condition whenever we decide to pick it up. More

When I contact dealers to make a purchase, I already know the exact model I want, have my financing in place, and understand online auto purchasing. I want no add-ons, no cross selling on financing, no hassles. For me, buying a car should be no more complicated than buying a pair of jeans...take it to the counter and check out. Since I have done all my homework prior, the only thing I am really shopping for by the time I contact the dealer is price and service with integrity. For my latest purchase (a 2009 Kia Rio) I had inquired at many dealers throughout the Portland area about a specific Rio I was interested in purchasing. I only contacted dealers which already had the model I wanted in stock. Half the dealers did not respond to my e-mail inquires or did so several days later. Not so with Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver. Steve Davis responded to my inquiry within an hour of my sending it, giving me all the information I had requested, plus more! Over the next few days (and many e-mail exchanges) about options and price negotiations, I was always responded to in a timely manner. In the end, I purchased my Rio from Steve because he had the best customer service hands down! Arrival and departure at the dealer was just as I had requested; no hassles, no cross selling, no surprises. Drove 35 miles for the deal and would do it again in a heartbeat! If you are not a fan of the traditional showroom sales tactics, and prefer to buy your vehicle online, you owe it to yourself to contact Steve Davis. Steve Davis was a great person to work with on the purchase of our new Kia Sportage. Outside of having to sign many legal documents for the purchase, Everything went very smoothly. I had a tear in my inside grab handle of the drivers door. It took much longer to get it in than I was originally told, & still haven't received the postcard to tell me that it was in. But I called and it was in so I got an appt, and the service manager/supervisor told me it would take an hour (since I was waiting this was important to me), & I didn't wait any more than 20 minutes, "friendly service and very prompt, no complaints"! This "customer for life" is very pleased with the service and the program. It's a happy day when you pick up your car and they inform you it has 4 new tires on it that you didn't have to pay for!
