My wife and I were in the Market for a Used Minivan and the dealerships did not have anything I wanted. Milton Harrison (my salesman) & Dave Cady (my finance manager) @ Dick Hannah Kia then told me that they would do everything in their power to get one for me. Honestly, I did not really believe them at first. I kept waiting for them to Pull around some vehicle and try to "Convince" me that it was the vehicle I wanted. 2 days later, Milton called to tell me that their manager purchased the exact van I wanted for me in Phoenix Arizona and it was on its way up to us in Washington. Long story short, the vehicle arrived 48 hours later, and after a dealer inspection, detail and a full tank of fuel, My family had a better vehicle then I would have ever thought we could find or afford. I went to the Kia dealership because both my mom and grandmother had also purchased Kia's in the past. When i arrived i was greeted by one of your sales associates Joe Ramirez. The experience we had from that point on was very nice..Not only was Joe very friendly, but knowledgeable about the car i was looking at. I felt Joe was also professional when working out the financing being i was a first time buyer and uncertain of what i needed to do to proceed with the purchase. The finance department took the time to find me a better rate than they had quoted originally. Curt took the time to give me a complete tour of the vehicle and he even set up the bluetooth for my phone. My ability to contact her at a direct extension each time I had to call while travelling was an enormous convenience and only added to the overall efficiency. I called for Warranty service on my Kia Sedona, and was given an appointment the next day. I was running late from a business meeting, and called because I thought I would have to re-schedule, but they sa given an appointment the next day. The employees were very nice, and got to my car right away. They even notified me of a recall issue that the dealership I purchased it from had never contacted me about. When I made the appointment for service, I was told it would be about 2 1/2 hours to complete all that needed to be done. Not only was Devin right there to get the process started, but he made sure that would be about 2 1/2 hours to complete all that needed to be done.
