I had visited a couple other dealerships that same day, going to great length at one dealership in an attempt to work out a purchase price. My experience at Dick Hannah Kia via Dave Wakeman was an atmosphere of respect and no games on the path to a purchase price. I've purchased from Dick Hannah in the past, twice, but working with Dick Hannah Kia was by FAR the best interaction I've ever had with any dealership in my life. I've bought about 12 car from dealerships before and am quite familiar and comfortable working with all their tricks and gimmicks, but I can say without any reservation that all of my future purchases will absolutely be with Dick Hannah Kia. Specifically, Luis Serrano and John (finance) were absolutely wonderful. This is the second time I've dealt with Luis, although I didn't buy the first time around, and Luis gave my wife and I the utmost respect, time to look for what we wanted, and was just outstanding in actually listening to us and helping us find something in inventory that was right for our family both times. I highly recommend asking for Luis. I'll also say that we came came to Dick Hannah Kia (and specifically Luis) because we had a horrid experience at another nearby dealership that won't be repeated. All of the staff at Kia took good care of us and worked very hard at helping us simply because it was the right thing to do. I will say that although all of the Hannah dealerships are technically owned by the same entity, not all are the same. If you are thinking about buying ANY vehicle from any of the Hannah dealerships, Luis can sell you something used or new from any of the lots. I can't say enough about how great the Kia crew is, you'll understand once you talk to them. More
Went looking for a family car with an excellent warranty and great safety features. We also wanted to find a SUV with good miles per gallon. From the moment we walked onto the lot from the time we left we were very pleased. There was no pressure. We went in to Dick Hannah Kia after looking at a couple of other local dealerships. After looking at the Kia Optima on-line and seeing a new one in a parking lot the same day, we decided to take a better of other local dealerships. After looking at the Kia Optima on-line and seeing a new one in a parking lot the same day, we decided to take a better look at them. We went on a rainy Sunday and Dave showed us the Optima. We had two vehicles we wanted to trade in. They worked wonders to get us financed, payments where we liked them, and both trade-ins paid off. Love my car!!! I went in to purchase a vehicle at Dick Hannah Kia. I wasn't sure as to what I wanted to get, but I knew I was ready to have an upgrade from my 2003 Chevrolet Impala. I worked with Curt Torson. From the time I met him to the time I left, he provided superb customer service. Curt answered all my questions and even took the time to show me all the cool things that my new car, 2011 Kia Sportage, had to offer even after the sale was complete. I had a question the next day, and Curt was there for me to answer all my questions again! I really felt that he cared about me and he felt it was important to educate me about my vehicle. I will recommend Dick Hannah Kia and to ask for Curt Torson to anyone. Thank you again Curt for the outstanding customer service you provided and thank you for providing a safe and fun car for my family and I. I will see you again. I would also like to thank the Finance Manager, Mike, for working hard to get me financed. He worked wonders and got the job done! Best price around with no pressure to close the deal on the same day (I HATE it when I get the "You have to buy this car today or I can't guarantee the price tomorrow - trust me - I have gotten that statem the same day (I HATE it when I get the "You have to buy this car today or I can't guarantee the price tomorrow - trust me - I have gotten that statement from other places.... Note to car dealers: If your price is the best, I will be back - And Dick Hannah was the best price, so I came back :) Curt answered all our questions, corrected the one small issue we found on the car (a stain on the rear seat back), and we left happy! Curt, you are a phenomenal sales guy! We didn't feel pressured in the least and you really, really listened to what we were looking for and what we could spend! In and out within 2 hours, gave me what I wanted, no pressure sales. Told him what I wanted to spend and how much I wanted monthly payments for and got it.
