My first impression with Dick Hannah in general was no pressure. I casually walked through 3 lots without being hounded by sales people. I finally stopped at the Kia store. After looking around a while I was asked if I had any questions. At that time I politely declined. When I was ready I went inside where David Wakeman asked if I needed some help. We talked some about the Rio's and after driving one we sat down and talked price. It was more than I was had to spend so after going back and forth a couple times the sales manager Mike came out and simply told me they could not sell it for what I could afford. He then took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and what price range. He said they just took in a 2004 Corolla with only 19k miles on it. It was exactly what I was looking for and was in my price range. I ended up purchasing the vehicle before they even had a chance to detail it and run it through their shop. Of course I could not take the car until that was done. It was a Sunday that I purchased the car, but come Monday they were quick to get it through their service department. Since this car had studded snow tires on it when I purchased it I had them put the nice wheels and tires on it for me. The car looked brand new when I picked it up on Monday. On my way home I noticed the nice wheels and tires needed to be balanced because the car would shake over 65 mph. I took it right back and they got it in the shop right away. A couple days later after driving it up and down the freeway I noticed it needed a slight alignment that was really only noticeable down the highway at higher speeds. David had me bring it back in the following Monday, but they were not able to get it done that same day since it was in the evening and an alignment takes a while. Mike was more than willing to give me a 2012 Kia Sportage as a loaner for free to drive home to Kelso. I picked the car up the following day and it is basically like a brand new car. My wife and I could not be happier with the car or the service we received from David Wakeman and Mike the sales manager. Thank you guys! More

Needed a new car and was dreading the experience. Jose greeted us and was very helpful the whole time. I felt he was honest and really had our best interest in mind. The reason I wanted to take the time to write this review is to express that we were pleased with how seamless Barry & Joe worked together in assisting my wife & I on a Saturday when things were very busy. Being a salesman who works on commission myself, I was delighted that "both Barry & Joe" were able to work so well together without getting possesive over the customer/ my wife & I. Lifted.... is the only words I can use to describe my experience at Dick Hannah Kia. I was met by an English salesman named Dave Wakeman who was so attentive and personable. He showed me a range of cars and answered all my questions with knowledge and honesty. To me this made him stand head and shoulders above any other car salesman I have dealt with before. Then I met Dave Cady who I have to admit, was absolutley awesome. He showed and explained in detail the difference between leasing and purchasing and which plan would work better for me. Thank you everybody at Dick Hannah especially the brother's Dave!!. It really was a great experence that I would recommend to everybody looking for a new or pre-owned car. More
Barry was very informative and courteous. He answered all of my questions. Barry talked me through all of the features of the car and helped me set-up my phone through the Bluetooth on the car so that my han of my questions. I stopped in hoping the dealership was closed since I wanted to just look, but it was open and we met Joe right away and he was happy to help. I did end up buying,even with not great credit it felt very wanted to just look, but it was open and we met Joe right away and he was happy to help. I did end up buying,even with not great credit it felt very easy and he and John took good care of me. What I like though is that Joe is still happy to help me, even a week after, he is as excited for me to have my car as I am. I even spilled something on my seat and he got the guys in the back to clean it for me right away when all I did was ask for cleaning advice. Everybody there was helpful, friendly and professional. I recommended it yesterday to a great friend of mine and will do business there again. More
