Dick hannah kia shop is horrible. They don't take you calls or call you back. That had my car over 2 months in 1 year for sunroof noise and never fixed it. NEVER USE THEM! I had a wonderful experience at Dick Hannah Kia. Lukas Davidson let me test drive several different cars and helped me understand the different features in all of them. I truly can’t express how wonderful my car buying experince was. Lucas put up with declines and there was no pressure. He just went with it and showed me everything I wanted.
