Not good, scheduled appointment was concerned the person i was talking to could not answer question, told someone would call me (Brandon I beieve), would flag my request as urgent, agreed to a 9:45 appointm i was talking to could not answer question, told someone would call me (Brandon I beieve), would flag my request as urgent, agreed to a 9:45 appointment. Never received the email to confirm the appointment or a call to discuss what i wanted done. Called to confirm the appointment at 8 am was told it was moved to 11:15, my ride was not available and since i was not able to talk to anyone about a loner or rental, so I gave up. The people talking the calls seem nice, but the rest of the follow thru not so much. Cannot judge work but if the front end of and appointment does not work, I question the back in. Once I left the house this afternoon I did see a missed call on my cell, but no call on the land line which I told them was my pertered way of getting call, To little to late. More

We had a great experience with Chandler buying our new jeep.
