I arrived at this dealership and the sales person didn't know anything about the grand cherokee and told me that he was new and didn't know the products. Once I found the jeep I was looking for I had to sh know anything about the grand cherokee and told me that he was new and didn't know the products. Once I found the jeep I was looking for I had to show them the price online which was $10,000 less than the sticker. This was obviously a mistake as they would not honer the price and gave me a sky high payment so I would leave. Luckly for me I later went next door to the subaru dealership and received excellent help with a knowledgable sales staff and very helpfull sales manager. More

This was my best vehicle-buying-experience so far. Being pre-approved helps with that process ... but there was never any pressure and business was straight up. Eugene was patient and helped with all of my multiple car interests (I want them all); Seth (a bit more experiecned in the sales) stepped in to help workout the numbers and assisted me in a price match. And all those numbers were approved by John (who did a fabulous job getting me a pretty great interest rate). Completed by Brett, who helped me realize how important the extended warranty is! I recently e-mailed Dickhannah.com inquiring about a used truck (07/18). Within 3 minutes I received a call from Seth and made an appointment to come in and test drive. I was late. Seth was busy and without any hesitation, he turned us over to Jim. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable and took us for a drive explaining all about the vehicle. There has been no pressure sales so far (actually, throughout the entire two deals). Jim was great and made the whole experience personal. We decided to buy the vehicle and was handed over to Bret in financing, who had a sense of humor from the beginning. Bret was very knowledgeable, fast and personable. The service we received on Monday was so excellent,we returned on Tuesday for another vehicle. We dealt with Jim again, who brought your desk manager, John in, who tried on both occassions (used and new vehicle) to make the deal happen and did what he said. The whole experience with these gentlemen at Dick Hannah Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge was the BEST EXPERIENCE that my fiance and I have ever had at a car dealership. They made us feel welcome, respected, and like family. All four of them are an asset to your team. Thank you all and we will (and have already) recommend everyone interested to go visit this dealership not to mention the service commitment by Dick himself and his commitment to the environment. Jim Davella provided my family and me with a terrific car buying experience. Later, Jim and then Tim called us back and provided us with all the detail that we needed to come to the dealership. Both were pleasant and informative and assured us that the basic terms we requested were achievable. Once we arrived at the dealership both Jim and Tim greeted us and made us feel welcome and important. Jim spent several hours with us and was absolutely gracious throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated Jim’s patience and earnest support which provided us the opportunity to comfortably work through a few issues and ultimately make our decision. The car buying experience is complicated and can involve awkward moments, however both Jim and Tim were unwaveringly consistent, polite and fair. Purchased a new Jeep from Dick Hanna Vancouver, and got the wrong vehicle for me. They went to extreme measures to void the first sale, and get me the vehicle that was right for me.
