Ted Meyer is a gem and without him the sale would have never completed. If it wasn't for him I would have walked out after being forced to wait over 2 hours for the sales office to do whatever they were d never completed. I stopped at the Dick Hannah dealership just to 'look' at the newer Jeep Wranglers. I had no intention of buying one at that moment. He was unbelievably helpful and right off the bat found me the car I was looking for. Jon helped with the 'bargaining' aspect of the whole process and like Bill went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Contracts was Robs' part of the process and all and all it was painless to go through all of the paperwork. I even got more discounts at the tail end of the deal. The whole process, which you hear horror stories about taking hours and hours and crooked salesman, only took about 3 hours and I left feeling like I got the car meant for me at the price I wanted to pay. Awesome job at Dick Hannah Jeep! I was very skeptical going in to the dealer. It's been ten years since my last Jeep purchase from Dick Hannah Jeep. Because of a recent divorce and bankruptcy. I did not going in to the dealer. It's been ten years since my last Jeep purchase from Dick Hannah Jeep. Because of a recent divorce and bankruptcy. I did not think I was going to drive away in a used Jeep. I figured there was no way I was getting a loan. They proved me wrong. They got me a decent interest rate ( I didn't expect to get a great interest rate) and I drove off in my used 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My salesmen Jim Davella was awesome! Not pushy or negative about my bad credit. Helped me look at multiple Jeeps and found one that worked for my credit needs.
