I have a 2000 jeep and love it, but am looking at the possibility of buying a new or new used Jeep to replace mine. Jim was very helpful . I never felt the pressure that I have felt at other dealerships possibility of buying a new or new used Jeep to replace mine. Jim was very helpful . After my re-finance on my home goes through, I will be back to see Jim and hopefully drive away with a new Jeep ! More
After driving nearly every mid-sized SUV on the planet, my wife and I went to Dick Hannah Jeep to test the Grand Cherokee. We were ready to make a decision but wanted to do our diligence and try every brand. Will Doe was awesome as he immediately made us feel at ease with his knowledge of the vehicles. He encouraged us to drive a couple other like vehicles on the lot and offered great info on them as well. We wanted to go home and think about all the vehicles and Will was very understanding and not pushy at all. We decided within a couple hours to purchase the Grand Cherokee and called Will back, letting him know our decision and that we would be returning in the morning. I also had told him we would be using the USAA buying service. When we arrived we met with Will and Jon. Will had been working with another customer prior to our arrival and asked Jon to help us out. I had never used a buying service before and Dick Hannah has this process down to a science. The price was exactly what it should have been, and the service was fast. We were literally out the door with our new vehicle in less than two hours. Each of the staff we worked with were awesome, I will return to this dealer when we are ready to make the next purchase. More
Great experience working with Will Dose. We got a 2012 Grand Cherokee at a fair price with miminal haggling. I time in the finance office was short and to the point. All in all a good experience. When I first arrived at Dick Hannah, Keith Black came to greet me. He was very nice and approachable. I liked my Chevy Malibu right away. I told him what my budget was; $13,000, and he said he would be righ greet me. He was very nice and approachable. I liked my Chevy Malibu right away. I told him what my budget was; $13,000, and he said he would be right back to get the keys to the Malibu I was looking at. It was really hot outside. It would have been generous for him to grab some water for my sister and I. When he came back I wanted to look around to make sure there was not any other cars I wanted to maybe test drive. I told him I was looking into Honda's, Toyato's, and the Chevy mailbu's. We walked by about 5 cars. I almost wish it was a little more in depth in the car showing. I guess I could have been more aggressive to say what I wanted. When nothing seemed to catch my eye like the first Chevy did I went back to test drive. Once the test drive began I was expecting an overview of what the car offers and the features it had, but instead I asked questions and he knew a few but other times he said it would be in the manual. A little disappointing when buying my first car. I wanted to know the in's and the out's of it. After the test drive I really loved the car! Once we got back I knew I wanted to start the paper work right away. Keith was generous to get us some water and made sure we were comfortable inside. Once the credit was approved and I got the loan we started to talk numbers. I was upset that the price of the car had not come down when I specifically told him my budget was $13,000 and no higher before he grabbed the keys to the Chevy Malibu. I felt as if I wanted to walk out right then and there. As he went to adjust it one more time and came back with the loan amount of $13,500, I was a little happier but not sold on it. I asked to go sit in the car. It was then I took out the manual and briefed myself on the car and wanted the the tint including in the price being offered. I went back inside and made the offer. He asked me "Where are you coming up with this?!" I said I wasn't happy and that because the car is over my budget I wouldn't be able to go get a tint with the extra money and since it was over my budget and he knew it was that I thought it was fair to have a tint included. He went and asked to see if that was a possibility and came back with a handshake and we had a deal. Overall I think Keith dealt with my needing personality and always needing to get my way pretty well. He was nice. I would only suggest to him knowing the car before selling it to someone or getting someone who knows it. More
I had an amazing experience at Dick Hannah Jeep by the Vancouver Mall. Our dealer was Keith Black, and our Finance person was amazing as well. Our dealer was so nice and he did not pressure us at all when we were looking, he did not bombard us with info or push us to sway any direction which was such a relief. It was a hott day so he took us inside periodically to get away from the 100 degree weather which was nice. He called me next day to make sure I was still pleased with my vehicle as well. overall "A" experience!!! Samantha Cullinan More
