Insuferrable Having purchased cars and service from Dick Hannah dealerships before I went there again to INQUIRE about a car that I had spoken about to a sales ass Having purchased cars and service from Dick Hannah dealerships before I went there again to INQUIRE about a car that I had spoken about to a sales associate on the phone about an hour before my visit. Upon arriving the particular car was unavailable. In their "storage" lot, I was told. I was alone, seeing about a car for our son and my husband was out of town. The associate began showing me cars almost 10k more that the car I inquired about. I told him the price was more than I was interested in paying. He then proclaimed he would get in trouble if I didn't at least do a test drive around the block and he started one up. I went along and when finished, he said he could get the price down but wanted me to sign saying I would buy the car if he could get the price down. He also asked me if my husband knew I was there, which was very offensive. I said no I would not sign. He then said if you give me some information I can get my finance department to give you a quote. I gave a bit of info and I had to sign, but I clarified by saying I wasn't signing to buy, to which he firmly replied, "but you're going to." That made me uncomfortable. He and another associated started to get closer in proximity to me and feeling increasingly uncomfortable I told them I was of course needing to have a conversation with my husband again stating that we had just started shopping for a car for our son. They said "call your husband." I said I would get back to them. At this point I was feeling distressed and upset and honestly wanted to run to my car. My phone was in my car which made me feel more unsafe. I started walking to my car and the 2 sales men followed me. I had the paper in my hand that they had started working numbers on. One of the men stood in front of my car while the other near the rear. I got in my car and called my husband and told him what was happening. I said I couldn't pull out of the lot as the men were blocking my car. My husband told me to open my window and hand one of them my phone, I did. He told the man that I was going to leave and to back off. The man handed me back my phone and then reached in and abruptly grabbed the paper from my hand and huffed away at which time I was able to back my car out and leave. I was do shaken up by the experience. I feel like they would never have tried doing that to a man. It was stressful even scary, and although we are still considering a car purchase we will never go back and will likely stop getting our current vehicles serviced there. More
First new car buying experience My husband and I went to Dick Hanna Jeep to look at the new renegades just to discover the were to small for what we wanted. The staff was very frie My husband and I went to Dick Hanna Jeep to look at the new renegades just to discover the were to small for what we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helped us figure out what would better fit our needs. We ended up purchasing a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee. We had gone there after work one day so by the time we decided on a vehicle it was well past 9pm. Joe Lackey was very patient with us, chatted with us to kill time as paperwork was prepared. Once paperwork was signed he still took time to show us all the bells and whistles of this new car. We were very happy and comfortable with the purchase after we left. A few days later I emailed Joe Lackey as I could not figure out how to get the navigation out of Canada. Joe asked me to swing by the dealership so he could take a look. He had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate Joe for taking the time out of his day to help a customer he already sold a car to. We will absolutely come back to Dick Hanna for our next car purchase. Thank you Joe Lackey, you left a long lasting great impression on us. More
Bill Farra worked a miracle! I am in amazement. This is the first time I was in and out of a dealership in less than 6 hours!. I walked in and spoke with Yousef who in turn put I am in amazement. I told them what I wanted to do and what type of car I was looking for and within a few minutes I was test driving the car of my dreams! The next day I came in and the finance guy had the paper ready to go and I was out with my new car within 20 minutes or less!….This was the least painful deal and the nicest experience ever….I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! it has supposed my expectations and I feel the tI have a friend for life in Bill! These guys really mean what they say in believe in nice!.. My main reason for visiting was to get a collision quote…They took my car in trade just as it was …again Painless! and Perfect! Coralee More

He really wants to know about you and helps with the stress by talking with you and being so easy to talk to about concerns because I was a first time buyer and stressed about monthly payments and interest rates. Great Buying Expirience We ended up buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Evan. The dealership had 56 Grand Cherokees to choose from (almost too many). Our salesman, Evan, he We ended up buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Evan. The dealership had 56 Grand Cherokees to choose from (almost too many). Our salesman, Evan, helped speed up the decision process by focusing us on the models that he thought (correctly) we were interested in. He suggested other similar cars that we might consider. We decided on a vehicle that was marked down substantially to a price that did not require the usual, painful, negotiations. Evan was very helpful and knew the features of the car extremely well. The only downside is that this car will be registered in California and we have a big sales tax bill to pay. More

Vasiliy provided great customer service and dealt with all the paperwork with outstanding accuracy so I didn't have to do anything but sign it. Follow up on what they promissed SUCKS the sale went great, but when I was told that there was an extra key fab and it was in "Service Department" and that they had to locate it. I was told it would be mailed to me...I can't seem to get anyone to respond to me. Also, I should have my plates by now and will have to purchase a THIRD trip permit when I was told I should get my plates within a week after my first trip permit expired. (I live in Oregon). I gave excellent scores to the salesman and finance manager but now I wish I hadn't. I can't get anyone to respond about that or about the check I was being refunded that was over paid on the pay off. Right now, I will not come back as after service is still a big part of the sale. I am very disappointed on how I have been treated. More
