He was super knowledgeable about the product, that when he was done you had no questions to ask. If you did have a question he knew the answer. He was very helpful and made the process very easy and enjoyable. He made you feel welcomed and like you were part of his family. We bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xE. That is an amazing car. You get all the capabilities of a regular Wrangler, but being a hybrid plug in you get amazing gas mileage. If you just have a short commute maybe even not gas up at all. Overall i highly recommend Dick Hannah and their team. Thank you to the lady that helped us with the paperwork. I can't remember her name but she was amazing, very bubbly personality, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
