What a way to ruin the experience! I traded in a perfectly running 2007 Mercedes-Benz E350 in excellent condition that I owned outright. That was my first mistake. I should have kept it and sold it myself! I was at the dealership for 8 freaking hours while they solicited every finance company available in the country it seems. There was no discussion about the financing either... No discussion about interest rate, nothing. They based the entire sale upon the amount I said I could afford and nothing else! I made it very clear up front that I was a disabled veteran with Traumatic Brain Injury and did not want a high pressure 8 freaking hour sales experience, and that is exactly what they delivered! The interest rate on my loan is higher than the xxxxx on a giraffe and the car I got financed isn't half the vehicle I traded in. Moreover, just 4.5 weeks after purchase the Battery stopped working I called, and called, and called... Nobody responded. I had to raise xxxx just to get a response, and when I brought the vehicle in they wanted to charge me over $400 to replace the battery because I purchased a "budget" vehicle that only had a 4 week warranty on the battery... None of which was explained before purchase & IDGAS what paperwork was signed, it wasn't verbally disclosed upfront! This was a concerted effort to not let me leave without selling me a car no matter what! I will never do business with Dick Hannah again as a result. All car dealerships are the same! More

This dealership was good, we had a good experience here for an order of a new vehicle.
