This delearship is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are horrible liars and manipulaters. They will rip you off in every way they possibly can. They sold a disabled single mother a piece of crap car under false pretences that any issue it had would be covered under the warranty for 4 years. Since I bought it it has costed me multiple thousands of dollars in repairs and lost wages due to it constantly needing work and being in the shop. Its still not even in a safe condition even after pouring thousands into it over these past 5 months. I now have no airbags or horn. Which led to my physical injury when i got hit. It needs brakes and an alignment and a new ignition and keys to match it, it had bad struts and physical damage that was hidden by sharpies and some sort of temporary sealant on the interior damage that wore off in 2 months. The dang door handles are falling off, but it's still not covered. Nothing is covered. I'm just paying $40,000 for a $26,000 car. The only thing covered by the warranty was the ignition. I still dont even have keys to match it because that wasn't covered. Just the ignition itself, even though I'd already payed hundreds out of pocket to get keys for the bad one. I can't afford them again. Its been 5 months and they still haven't even given me the paperwork to prove ownership so I can't even do anything about the accident. My child and I will probably die or wish we were dead if we get hit because there are no airbags. I can't even register it because they won't give me the paperwork so I've been driving illegally because I can't afford to keep buying temporary plates. Im still trying to get the warranty to pay what they promised for the ignition so I dont have to pay even more thousands for that too. They have lied and avoided 90% of my calls about these issues. After 4 months of this xxx costing me thousands of dollars on top of the car payment, they agreed to trade it for something with the quality they promised in this one. But now that it's been hit they dont want to do it. They want me to pay even more for something of even worse quality. Regardless of the fact that the other driver was at fault and I now have proof the airbags dont work. A $26,000 car is now costing me nearly $40,000. Which is more than i make in 2 entire years. They saw a struggling single mother come through their door and could not resist the opportunity to screw over someone who lacked the resources to do anything about it. DO NOT BUY HERE. Since I bought this xxx i have been told so many horror stories of this place screwing over struggling people. They seem to target mothers in particular. These "people" do nothing but play dumb and gaslight you about all the issues the vehicle they sell you has. They lie about the warranty. They lie about reimbursements They lie about trying to make things right. They are horrible selfish people. More

This car has had way too many issues in way too short of a time to fall for any lies that it was great before you sold it to me. Since the very next day this car has been nothing but problems. You sold it to me without keys and made me drive 75 miles, one way, 75 back, 4 hours round trip, to get them. You told me you'd reimburse me for that and I never saw a cent. This company is all lies. I'm done fighting with you just to be lied to again and again. Just got off the phone with Joe, who is an absolute moron. He tried to gaslight me in every single way his tiny little brain could think of. He even tried to change the subject amd accuse me of acquiring my current job under false pretences. He agreed with everything I said was wrong with the vehicle then immediately tried to backtrack and say he did not. This is why I've always recorded conversations with this dealership. They are horrible people. He got very very upset when i informed him of the videos I've posted since the very first day I've dealt with this company amd their unending lies. He has no idea how car insurance works at all. Hes pathetic. More

Bought a new Wagoneer in 2022. Had issues with the heated seat on the driver's side in 2023. What a fiasco to get it fixed it was. After about 5 trips to get it fixed they finally decided to replace the whole heating element. After that final trip we get home and notice they didn't stitch the seat entirely and was coming apart. It took an email to the service manager to get it fixed. Fast forward to now and we have the same problem on the other side, took it in and they said they were going to order parts and notify us when they come in. Noone called after weeks so my wife called and was told parts were in and to set up an appointment. My wife has called 9 times with no answer to the service department and has left multiple messages. Still waiting for a response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership after spending 85K on a vehicle. Apparently customers don't matter to the service department. More
I don’t normally write reviews yet I thought one was warranted in this situation. I called Dick Hannah dealership due to a vehicle on Cars.com. I spoke with the sales rep that went by Ozzy. I told him the car we worked out a deal for me to buy the vehicle with several calls, texts and emails. On Wednesday, July 10th I told him I would take off Friday and make the 3 hour drive to his location. I would drop my truck at the detail shop, buy the vehicle and return on Sunday to pick up my truck. I just needed him to send me the price and I would bring a check. He text me Thursday morning and said I sent it. I text back and said I didn’t get it and that’s when he went dark, ghosted me no more messages. I called the dealer and explained my situation, they said we’ll get back to you. No call back, I called again and asked to speak to a manager, they would not put me through, and then told me the vehicle had been sold the night before. This is the way they treat their customers. I called due to the distance, I set a deal, and would have even put down money on the vehicle, but I was told the vehicle would be held for me. Ozzy told me they couldn’t hold it until Sunday when could make it, so I took the day off work to make sure the deal went through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

I had to take grandkids to swimming lessons we agreed that I would bring the trade in vechicle on july4th. I got a call from Bill the salesman that same evening on July 3rd. The first thing that came out of his mouth is we have a white jeep I.can sell you. I was like Wait? What? they sold the black jeep that I was in the process of buying? he said yes. I was pissed after calming down and talking to my wife she was still interested in the white jeep so he said ok and would start working on it. Then two days later never heard back. Called to talk to the GM they said they didnt have one but Amanda is floor manger acting GM. I asked them to have her call me. Amanda and I finally connected I asked her if she knew the situation and she said she was told by Bill that I had to go home and talk to my wife more about the jeep. I said thats a lie we already started the process on that jeep by trying to get financing and that I was suppose to bring the trade in on july 4th. She explained to me that Bill didnt hold on to the jeep keys that he put them back and someone else came in looked at the jeep and the keys were in the lock box which ment it was available and they sold it. She told me that when someone is securing financing that they are suppose to keep the keys so it was his fault it was sold from underneath me but she wanted those jeeps gone so she asked me how she could turn this situation around? I said by making us a better deal on this one and she said she would she was gonna go get stock number and grab keys.. So the more I thought about this whole situation the more I got mad.I was so pissed from this whole situation that I was trying to look for a ex manger who sold me my jeep at Dick Hannah. I found him at TIME Chrysler,Jeep,Ram in Portland. Guess what we went there and we were treated like royalty the saleswoman Roxanne was Awesome and Dave Erriccsen (manager) Awesome. No pressure, wasn't there for endless hours and we went home with a beautiful willy's wrangler with $11,000 miles. Time Got new members of there jeep family. They will get my repeat business and service. I highly recommend TIME dealership they believe in there customers. Oh by the way!! Dick Hanaah NEVER got back to me they could have at least called me and let me know they didn't forget about us. But nope GHOSTED again.. They need to change there slogan "Belive in Nice." Tjey don't care about customers or repeat customers it's all about the "SALE." I will NEVER buy anything from that dealership and I Will steer anyone away from them that I know that is looking. I belong to a lot of jeep groups here in Vancouver/Portland as well as online and the only place I will refer to.is TIME Chrysler, Jeep, Ram. Ask for saleswoman Roxanne and Manager Dave.
